Quite a lovely atmosphere within there workspace, after several calls and emails from a specific Tudor employee (Gina) she was as nice as she sounded on call. She was also very helpful in direction how I should arrange my CV and what to add and take out. Tudor is a great recruitmemt agency.

My partner attended, he spent an hour there filling out paperwork, to come to the end and be informed that the information he had been given over the phone was completely incorrect. Information that wasn't misunderstood as it was spoken clearly and I heard it myself. Making the entire trip, fuel, parking costs never mind over 2 hours of time a complete waste.

Everyone has taken me in under their wing and been friendly with me.
The booking process needs a few permanent changes to it to make it easier for workers to book shifts. For example, ask what workers overall consistent availability is and then you can book additional workers in and around their off days so you have a constant flow of staff that are willing to work for each day.
But as an agency overall I would 100% recommend Tudor to anyone that needs a job quick and simple whether that s part-time or full-time

APC it is a place to work but the agency site managers are not fairly treating us. Before going to the cannock we must first have to call the agency and verify the shift time, but when we arrived at the site they sent us home claiming that there is no work at APC, where we notice that there are some employees who went to the site without verifying their shift time and they were allowed to work instead of us. It is very bad indeed.

Ive been with the agency since november. Never had a problem. If i had a problem i just txt or rang my contacts in the office and they helped me out. Still very happy working as a drivers mate loving the work. Getting to see the whole of west midlands and sone of wales while working. The process of singing up is quick and easy . Had a induction on monday 5th and started working on the sunday. The company has a diverce work force and you can talk to any of them.

Its taken me a while to find a suitable agency, but when i saw this job opportunity, i applied immediately, as the job advertised was local to where i live, making it possible for me to walk to work.

Having applied at tudor employment, and promptly asked to go to there office in walsall for an interview, the staff there were very good to me, and clearly explained what i had to do for my interview and a short test.

I am really happy with my job role, and there communication on how i get my shifts. They are always friendly and give me as much notice as possible. When i have any queries they are always there to answer quickly.

I would highly recommend if you are keen to work.

I recently joined tudor and I have been working within a company and I have almost secured my position within the company and that's all thanks to the hard work of the staff at tudor ensuring I got the hours and shifts especially Samantha :-). I appreciate all the effort that was and still is being put in to making sure that I get the shifts. If you want to be looked after and be a priority then this is the place you want to be at. Enquired about meat company in bloxwich,was told to go straight there and fill out the paper work.I was told it was a 6.30 start but due to public transport I wouldn't make it there for that time.I was told they did an afternoon shift and that they'd be in touch that afternoon.I don't know why but when I left there I I had a feeling I wouldn't hear back and I was right.I felt like they didn't take me seriously.I don't know if it was because of my age,i am aged 56 or just that my face didn't fit.This job is constantly advertised and I am willing to travel on two buses and work whatever shifts are given to me yet it seems I'm not good enough for whatever reason.

APC is a good company to work for, well run, friendly enough, honest work nothing to difficult. Tudor employment however are best described as unprofessional, incompetent, shortsighted and rude. They take no care in placing the right people into the right jobs, don't take time to find out their clients actual needs and treat their staff like cattle. My opinion on Tudor is based on my recent interaction with the one individual who runs the phone in bookings for APC every morning and its possibly a bit harsh to judge the whole company on one individual but that's what happens and they need to take responsibility for employing her. My advice is to bypass Tudor altogether and apply direct to APC as I have done and been taken on as a full time FLT driver. Or use a proper agency like Pertemps or CareerLink which is exactly what I have adviced the HR department of APC to do in a very detailed email. RP

Is a company when they need you they can find you. They placed me in a company full of thieves and scum without a warning. My buspass and coat got stolen and Tudor employment is still looking in to it . They are very unprofessional and dodgy. The staff of this company are good in lying and bullshiting people. I worked 3 months from which 92 days to much. Would not recommend this shite company to my worst enemy. Be warned people.

I have been registered to Tudor recruitment for the last six years and I can honestly say that I have never been with a more flexible, understanding and professional recruitment agency like this before.Tudor got me a job, working part time at first for I had other engagements going on at the time and then after a year or so I went on to do full time.

In my six years with Tudor recruitment I have not yet came across a problem that couldn t be resolved either it being wages, shifts or time off work there is always someone to call and get assistance. The office staff are always on hand to rectify and respond to inquiries or queries. Overall so far it s been a good working relationship...Gina and the rest of the office staff are doing a marvellous job and may they keep it up.

Sally had been in communication with both my partner and myself since our disappointing experience last week. She has Informed us that our issues have been addressed with the team and she has used this "negative review" as a developmental tool for her staff members.

Sally has continued to show her professionalism and has supported my partner into his new role. I would like to thank Sally for her continued support, and I look forward to her continued professional support in the future. I would like to give more than 2 stars, but feel like this needs to be developmental area which needs to be assessed going forward whereby I can feel confident in the company to leave a more positive review and remove our negative experience.

Sally assured me that this is a development issue that has been addressed. However, until this has been proven overtime I have no choice other than to leave my initial review up for a given time as explained to Sally.

If I was a Director of this organisation I would be embarrassed. My experience of overhearing a staff member who alleged she was manager (Sam) have a conversation with my partner was disgraceful. Her abruptness and rudeness was unacceptable. She obviously doesn't hold any customer service skills and maybe at her next PDP review she would be strongly recommended to gain some understanding of mutual resepct, be given a placement on a customer service programme and revisit her Person spec and job description to identify her obligations when dealing with customers and carrying out her duties.

I was so annoyed after hearing the conversation that I called to complain. It was Sam I spoke to but she lied and said that I was speaking to her manager and when I began to state the reason for my call her unprofessional approach continued and tried to refer to me about my arrogance on the call (does she not realise anyone would be unhappy after witnessing such unprofessionalism ). I then asked to speak to her manager and she arrogantly put me through to the director.

After speaking to a Director Sally I expressed my concern and finally my partner received the required information. Although Sally apologised, there really is no excuse for staff members not giving vital information required for new employees in order to fulfill contractual obligations to their customers due to the staff inadequacies of failing to provide employees with necessary details. Sam was that disrespectful, my partner was not given the opportunity to finish his request and she was that arrogant that she didn't even have the decency to end the conversation with a good bye, just cut the phone off in mid conversation!

As an internal verifier for investors in people, I was absolutely astounded and disgraced that customers are dealt with in such a way.

Extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional.

My question to Sally who was very informative, professional and apologetic was why could she be professional and considerate but her staff failed to possess the same accumen?

Don't the staff realise that without employees they would be surplus to requirements???

I have actually spoken to their other offices, and they are helpful. Until I spoke to the woman who answers the phone at this office. I had a missed call from this office,so I phoned them back due to me desperately seeking employment. I told te woman who answered the phone that I had a missed call from her number. I told her that I live and seeking work in stafford, and she rudely said, we don't do jobs in Stafford. So I asked her if I could speak to the person who tried to call me. She refused point blank to put me thru. She was very abrupt, and quite intimidating. I have made enquiries at their other offices, and I'm not going to let "this person" from stopping me finding a job.

Very unprofessional staff at this agency. Would be very cautious as to how you handle any sort of query with them over the phone, you may be accused of lying and trying to start a verbal confrontation. I have never been treated in such a way by any agency I've been to before.

My contact has always been Samantha and I can only say she has been amazing and I can't sing her praise's enough! Staff at HO have always been helpful and answer your call or return your call when they are free to do so. Everything about this agency smells and smells bad. You work a shift and only get paid for part of the shift. And you ask your manager about your holiday get told you have five days and only get paid for 3days avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Applied for a job and they called me 3 times in one day, when I was obviously busy. Sent me a message on indeed asking me to call them when I was available to but still called twice after that, the same day. Picked up the third time and the woman was really abrupt and rude. Could barely understand what she was saying, only knew it was this company by the number pasted into Google and she was incredibly forceful. No polite chat, just asked where I live and when I could come in for recruitment. I sent in my CV with my address on so she shouldn't have had to ask where I live. Will be blocking the number.

If I could rate this a 0 then I would. Been told can I start work the next day in which I agreed to, to then get there and be rang up in reception that there was no work available, with no apology. Not only did I put the time and effort to get there which was 20 minutes in the early hours but even went out my way to buy some safety boots which are now unneeded. All in all a big waste of time and money. Wouldn't want to be employed by people so unorganized. Kudos for ringing me the next day to try and start work but no thank you.

Really annoyed with this agency. I had an appointment with them for a job back in march not long before lockdown. We went through all of the paper work and signed the contracts. The next day I felt a little unwell with a fever and with the circumstances I knew I had to self isolate just in case it was covid. I called up in advance to explain that I wouldn't be able to make it in for the induction on the evening due to my symptoms. Was told to give them a call back when I was feeling a better, a week later I gave them a call to explain that i had came out of isolation and that I was available to start work. I was told I would be given a call back to make arrangements the next day, a week passed by and nothing. So I called them again and was told the same thing. I was clearly being ignored and they have obviously ripped my contract up. Just felt really angry by this because I know I did the right thing, and they have penalised me for it!. What did they want me to do go to my induction and risk infecting everybody there? Idiots.

I've had a great job for the past couple of years whilst undertaking my current studies, and it was made even more enjoyable thanks to Samantha Samson. A very pleasant, bubbly individual who took care of my needs diligently, and whom since I've been able to forge a professional relationship with.

This agency is not a agency to be joined, extremely rude staff with no manners at all and speak to employers like they are dirt. Friends and family advised me not register to this agency, but seeing as I was in need of work I had no choice but to. With hardly any money I travelled to Walsall and put petrol in a mates car to go and register for work. From there I got put on an induction for work for the following two days after. The following day that i went to the agency I received a phone call from the agency manager saying that she has cancelled my induction and when I asked for what reason she had no actual reason to give me or answer for to why she was done that after she had already confirmed that I have got the induction. After she said she would call me for an induction if there was one coming up in the future. The same job got posted two to three days ago, so I gave her a call and on the phone call she accused me of lying about things that I wasn't aware about and then got me confused with somebody else. The service received from this agency has been below poor and I really think that the people need some answers for why they have to deal with problem as such this and the other bad reviews they have. If you are reading this please do not waste your time registering for Tudor Employment because they will do nothing but waste your time, money and energy.

My experience with Tudor has been nothing short of excellent. I get regular work 35 hours at least per week. Have always been upfront, professional and clear about work. They do reward those who are willing to work and are readily available. Special thanks to Gina, Sean, Jo, Mike and Sam who have always been wonderful.

We are both foreigners from Poland looking for a job opportunities but when do you start speaking to them they treat you as a opponent, ignoring you due to racism and discriminate as well. Arrogent, rude, unhelpful staff (booking staff) Whom don't know the meaning of customer service (I have a level three) and think it's perfectly acceptable to argue over the phone and debate whose right or wrong. 'in customer service, the customer is always right' They book shifts that are never guaranteed, so you turn up or be on route only to have your shift cancelled. Happened to me 4-6 times in a month. The booking staff, DO NOT cater to personal circumstances what so ever. Then have the audacity to call you unreliable. In which they then use against you when booking future shifts. Power crazy, hyped up individuals. Pathetic.

I tried on various occasions to reason with them, even to make a complaint, in which the second 'woman' proceeded in the exact manner; that of the first. Clear to see. No training. No morals. No empathy. No support. No responsibility. No guidance. I also note staff lie through their teeth and refuse to put you through to management.

I would love to speak to the actual staffing manager and not what I can only describe as 'a jumped up individual whom feels like the almighty'. I'd love to mention names. However respectfully understand I cannot in the review. Glad one of us, thinks of the feelings of others. (Sadly the manager will probably never see this, but if you do, I am more than happy to come and meet you in person, I'd love to officially make a complaint... You're staff are incredibly rude, they try to belittle, undermine and personally attack others. Who are they to insult, or patronise my interlect? I suffer from mental health issues. In fairness, I could argue they treat me differently because of that. But, I won't go there.

In my opinion, stay well clear of this company. Use Swift, (alternative agency) as I Wouldn't wish my experience with Tudor on my worst enemy. Needs a serious staff meeting, a few 1-1s, and a few redundancies. That ought to knock certain individuals off their jumped up high horse and back into reality. If I spoke to people in the same manner, I'd be sacked from my position in a heartbeat. Explain why this is any different. Am I not a human being too?

Staff also fail to understand certain things, if I rely on others for transport. How am I unreliable, if they let me down? Even when I offered to make my own way... The time scales do not cater that of public transport.
More so, if I'm outside the place of work and they cancel my shift with twenty minutes to start. Who is truly unreliable?

My partner was put into work, went well for a few weeks then work started slowing down. He would text to see if he was required, they would not rush to reply to him and sometime not even respond. The women who he had signed up and got work through was very snappy most the time, very rarely polite which made it hard for him to communicate. Never received any wage slips when he was told he would receive one each week he had worked. He called this morning to ask for a wage slip to be sent as he has applied for another job and they have asked to see a wage slip he has received within the last three months, the women who answered was very rude! She stopped him half way through his sentence and said 'why are you calling this number? You need to speak to payroll' he then asked her to put him through to payroll and she said 'call back tomorrow'. This is very rude and poor customer service. Always speak to you like s**t when they're meant to be there to help.
I work in a sales office dealing with calls, customers and complaints every day and this is no way to speak to a customer OR a worker whether i rolled out the wrong side of the bed or not.
My partner will not be using this agency again as they treat people as 'just another number.'

Do not sign up with tudor for poundland!!!! After litterally being begged for overtime whilst on break! I felt like i was put on the spot so kindly agreed to then turn in early the next day to be told we dont need you in whilst not being informed of the overtime cancelation then the next day i get a call saying im definitely needed in today so i rush my butt off to get there early but when i arrive alongside another worker who was pushed into accepting overtime there was only enough equipment for one of us to start work not only that they only pay you 7 hours for an 8 hour shift and look to take pay away from you wherever they can, their wrist terminals dont work, they expect you to pick 200 cases p/h with a terminal that has faulty buttons and the guy training the pickers doesnt care about the process so doesnt train people properly one poor kid was made to restack an order because he wasnt shown how to do it right the first time!!!

From joining this agency back in December 2019, has been one of the easiest steps I ve taken to getting an extra income for myself. I wasn t intentionally wanting to stick around for long, however the warmth & kindness I ve received from both in office Tudor staffs at the Walsall branch & on duty Tudor staffs at APC has exceeded expectations. Especially one staff member in particular Samantha..she has shown me nothing but good admiration & sincere gratitude throughout whenever I call to book my shifts, she s super sweet, kind & helpful. On site duty staff at APC has been nothing but exceptional, always there when needs be, making sure all their staff members are happy within their roles during our shifts. The work environment that feels like your ordinary family home...such a great agency if ever in need of temp or long term work that fits perfectly around your lifestyle without hesitation pop in & speak with anyone of their lovely staffs who I m sure will be very welcoming with assisting you finding the job role that s suits you best.

While struggling to find a job as a new graduate, I made the worst decision to register with this agency for a quick buck. They placed me in a meat factory in Bloxwich; I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here but I do have a lot of respect for those that are able to. After the first day I decided not to return. Pay day came and realised I haven't been paid. Called the agency numerous times and they assured me I will be paid but this was all a delay tactic; they were not planning to pay me. I wrote to them and decided to take the matter to court when I realised they were doing this on purpose. At this stage the deadline for my court application was almost near, didn't have enough to pay for court expenses and also about to start a new graduate internship. As a result I had to let this go so I can concentrate on my internship rather than appearing in courts. This agency should not even be allowed to operate in the country.

After complications with my academic studies, I was to withdraw from my under-graduate degree and return home. I then struggled for months seeking work and I found myself stuck in limbo. Tudor Employment took me in as an apprentice which eventually led to a permanent position.

My time at Tudor has been rewarding. I can never be more fortunate and appreciative of the role of which I've been given. And I only have them to thank for this.

Very unpleasant experience...no surprise the overall score is so low. Staff working there clearly forgot the golden rule of tactful approach to clients. I was confirmed a morning shift upon registration by two different people in the agency. Later on, Sunday evening I received a phone call confirming my attendance for the NIGHT shift. When I tried to explain this huge neglect I was treated with ignorance and disrespect as I would be delusional! Polish woman - Agnieszka should definitely improve her communication and english skills before hiring and interviewing people. Perhaps then she could be more aware of what information she is passing to others. Along with other lady working there (long black hair) they served me nothing but not needed stress! Information provided by agency workers were completely different to what my contract said and therefore I did confirm my position not with one person but two for reassurance. Not helpful, rude and mannerless staff. Would definitely not recommend to anybody!

Seeing all the bad reviews on here about tudor my experience was the total opposite was called and asked to attend registration which I did I was sent the next day to attend induction which I attended started work the next day and worked for tudor for just over 10 months always payed on time and holiday paye on time nice staff and thanks for the memories

I signed up with these and they gave me work over 3-5 months and told me there would be work then they phoned me on a Monday and never phoned me again till Saturday every week in and out also when I rang up to ask them what was going on and to see if they had any shifts avaliable and was spoke to like a child and the attitude of some of the staff was awful all over Christmas and a few months before they said there's isn't going to be any work witch they lied as I was a drivers mate delivering and over Christmas is when it gets busy and meant to be a lot of work

My wife called today to enquire about some work opportunities for myself as I have recently moved to Wednesbury. A lady called Sally (Manager) who answered the phone the first time round put my wife through to a second colleague who was willing to give her some more information.

My wife asked me to call them and as soon as I spoke, bearing in mind that I have a Jamaican accent, the lady automatically says there is no work available.

My wife calls back to see why we are given different messages and told the lady she was confused as to why her husband was told that there was no work when she was told there is work available in the industrial sector. Sally explains there is work available as a parcel sorter in nearby areas and asks if I would be willing to do that, my wife says yes thats fine we can work around transport.

So when I call she was not willing to talk at all and shut the conversation down with there is nothing available when clearly there is work available. I have also seen that they posted a advert for parcel sorters 17 hours ago.

My wife and I are both shocked at how backwards some people are and wanted to highlight that people who manage this company are racist.

If I could put zero stars I would to be honest. They don't even deserve the one star I have left.

This agency is unprofessional and rude, I travelled all the way from Birmingham to Walsall to register my details as they have booked an appointment for me to come in and I spoke to one of the employees on the phone too and now they are telling me I have no experience why tell me to come in and register my details and waste my time and accept my CV instead of letting me know I have been unsuccessful I have worked in a fast paced environment in a warehouse for DPD for 3 years and have more than enough experience. I would not recommend going here

Drove 30 mins to branch for induction that was cancelled and not rescheduled. When i did work for them I drove 30 mins to cannock for a shift that sometimes would not even exist. Sam is the rudest of all, and you will only hear bad things about Tudor when you work at APC talking to other employees. Unreliable, no job except 1. They argue back and do not resolve any issues. If you want problems, apply. Otherwise go to Gi Group, Siamo Recruitment and other agencies.

I approached Tudor when my job fell through during lockdown, my first experience wasn t the best DX staff didn t want agency in on that day but it was quickly resolved... Megan well she s had gone way above any expectation and made sure that I m comfortable in the new job gave me everything I needed even answered my late night queries!!.... can not fault this place... the maths tests are dodgy and same for the word search but friendly staff easy to work with so far no issues

Worst service I've ever received so far. I have travelled all the way from Wolverhampton to the Warehouse APC in Cannock. They told me that the induction starts at 5, and it's better to come earlier approx 4.15, so i came at 4.25 and they told me there are no spaces left. I don't understand how can I book an appointment for induction that I'm am already assigned for and when I get there, there is no space left for me.

Been working for Tudor coming up 3 months really good agency to work for , They found me work straight away and been consistent ever since. They send you ur pay slips , you don t have to call and ask for them , never had any problems with payments as well. It s probably the best agency I ve worked for , they will text you and call you for any available shifts and very flexible with your availability. The women who s books my shifts Samantha is very nice any problems I ve had she s always helped me and looks after he staff workers. If ur looking for a reliable and good agency I d have to recommend.

However I wasn't expecting the amazing support and level of care they put in helping me especially Samantha; who is such an supportive agent. I had alot going on at hope during the pandemic and she was she really understanding and responsive during all of it.
