They were glad to take our money but when we no longer wanted their services, we couldn't get in touch with anyone. Had to call the credit card company in order to stop payments. I do not recommend this company.

We were happy with this service at first But over the last year or so the service became unreliable.... False alerts happening And customer service that is amongst the rudest people i have ever dealt with... also keep in mind that this service has a small activity area around the base of the home unit since it works over landline systems... our solution to all of these issues was to use an alert service that utilizes the cellular network. My advice would be to never ever use this service... they are all about the money... not about their clients...when i did call on the last day of billing i was on hold so long that a message came over the phone to suggest leaving my number for a call back... so i did... did not receive the call back... so i tried again the next day and was told that since i missed the billing cycle that we would be billed for another full month... this company has no morals... stay away.
