Philadelphia Airport Marriott Review

I suppose I should have kept my expectations low for an airport hotel, but I tend to have really good luck at Marriott properties. This stay was an exception. The check-in experience was disappointing-- the man at the desk was not the most pleasant. Most of the time I get a, "thank you for being an elite member! Here's your welcome gift." Not today, but ok, not a deal breaker.
I was mostly disappointed with the amount of stranger-hair in the room-- hair on the sheets, hair in the shower, hair on the counter, hair on the towels.
Not the best, but hey, the room was dark and the bed was comfortable, and the hotel is attached to the airport, so that was convenient.

Great service and staff. Nightly recommend this Marriott.

The rooms are always nice and kept up. The service is among the best I've seen at Marriott.

Conveniently located next to the airport and across the street from the rental car drop off. The hotel restaurant was a bit pricey but the food was delicious. The hotel rooms were clean and the staff was really helpful.

There was cockroaches literally EVERYWHERE, they were gigantic. It was filthy and disgusting.

We booked the hotel one night ahead of time because of a flight change. It's conveniently located inside the airport, and the check in process was smooth. Zach at the front desk made sure our requests were met and was very courteous. Hotel guests have access to gym, which looks pretty clean. One thing to note is that if you want to go back in the airport to get some fast food, you may not be allowed to get in until past midnight (I was told so by the AA agent that checked me in) and that the majority of the food court closes before midnight. We ended up ordering delivery at the suggestion of an AA agent, who was nice enough to give us a delivery menu. Overall it was a pleasant experience staying at the hotel.

Very convenient to terminal B. Uber and lyft drivers will need to pick you up behind the hotel at the airport.

Good location, nice clean rooms, friendly staff and easy wuick walk to the terminal.

Friendly staff, easy walk from any terminal. After getting off the plane I was checked into my hotel room 10 min later. What a dream that is. Room was stale. Lots of dust everywhere. I imagine no one had touched the room for a week or so because of covid and low numbers. Overall great stay, and would stay again if coming through PHL

Hotel connected directly to PHL terminal B., making the location convenient and a huge plus. Large full service fifteen stories hotel. Well kept, contemporary decor, and modern amenities. Friendly front desk associates and quick check-in. Lives up to the Marriott brand.

There for all day meeting. Accessing parking was challenging for the Marriott. Food and service was great.

They have a great location. Not the best Marriott I have stayed at but the convenience for travel cannot be best. Service in the restaurant was lacking so if you have to eat there don t be in a hurry.

Extremely quiet even though it is at a busy airport

Friendly staff and clean room. Right in the airport so easy to catch your flight without the hurry. We needed to check in early and were easily accommodated. Check-in and out was quick!

Nice rooms. Nice hotel. Great and friendly staff at reasonable price IF you book ahead of time. They price gouge you if your flight has been cancelled. Went from a $115 room on a Friday and Saturday to a $227 room on a Sunday. I understand it's business but sucks for people who don't want to sleep on an airport floor.

In the actual airport.. Convenient for very short layovers. Nice hotel, good bar and restaurant. Nothing to walk to or do outside the hotel however.

Great service and accommodations, only problem was the pull out mattress in the suite was not comfortable.

Nice & very convenient if coming late or leaving early, bed was super comfy, no aircraft noise only compliant coffee machine leaked

I encourage everyone to pay a little more to stay here than to be at Extended Stay America which is the worst hotel chain ever.

The best thing is, you can just walk into Terminal B from the hotel lobby. But the rooms are a bit smaller and no privacy if you get a room which opens to face the parking levels. Best place to stay if you got an early morning flight to catch.

Friendly service. Clean room, but there was an odor in the room.

The room was good, clean. The reason I gave it the 3 is because the one time I stayed there there was no internet, customer service was insisting there is. They make me feel, I am stupid until I asked to send somebody to my room to find out. So half bad review is due to their customer service

Nice place to stop in for a drink or a bite to eat if you have a layover. Quick service and good selections.

Nice hotel, especially for one at the airport. The bar is definitely all that.

The rooms smelled rather musty, like 20 sweatshop workers had just been evicted. The concierge on-staff when we were trying to locate the hotel was very unhelpful, and we had to ask airport staff to direct us.

Wonderful staff. First visit. Arrived early. They were very accommodating and rushed to find me an open room anyway. Then they provided me with flawless advice on where to eat and how to make the most of my only day in town. Room was perfect and price was very good

The concierge lounge hostess was amazing as usual, the front desk person was not on A game but pleasant enough. Did not see our usual banquet people which was sad, and service less than great this time

The front desk clerk was super nice and helful BUT the restuarant greeter, i guess thats what you call her, was SUPER rude, never once smiled and looked like she hated her job. Waitress was great. We were there 9.8.17 and ate around 5ish. Room was very clean but for what we paid, you'd think we would get a small fridge and microwave but NO!!!!!

The rooms are nice. I had a challenge with the extra charged on my room and it was cleared up right away. The people are friendly. I would stay here again.

Was surprised how quiet the hotel was inside the room. Parking took a little bit to figure out but all in all not bad.

You have to park in airport parking but it is reserved for the hotel guests. Rooms are nice and you can get a view of the airport.

Having a hotel you can walk to from baggage claim is amazing

Great hotel for traveling. Has a sky bridge from the airport over for easy access without having to go outside. Staff was very friendly even at 1 am. Would recommend.

I went there for the first time for a business awards banquet, and didn't know my way around the building. The staff was very helpful in directing me to the proper meeting room and were very cordial to me and a few other people who arrived at the same time. Great Customer Service is always appreciated and should never be underestimated.

They are repairing the train, but the buses to the city leave you near the center. The airport has everything you need and very well signposted

Such a great location when you fly out of PHL. I have been there dozens of times and I am never disappointed.

If you are a frequent traveler with Marriott and have access to the lounge, they offer an awesome breakfast!

But the best of all, you press #2 on the elevator and you are just a short walk to the airport gates/security!

Convenient location, right next to the airport. Room was clean and beds were comfy.

We were denied extra pillows and towels. We literally were only here to sleep and shower before flying out. Marriott has gone down hill in service the past few years. Just disgusted at the lack of service orientation by this company.

There is a base $24 cost to park your car in the parking lot if you stay overnight. The room was clean. There were no refrigerators in the room.

As airport hotels go this needs a makeover. It is showing its age and the staff is too.

Decent hotel for the money and you can't beat the location. Down side is they charge $14 a day for wifi. It's 2017! Who does that?

Picked this hotel due to the close distance to the airport. Checked in at around midnight and the process was quick, reception was very helpful. Had a room on the fifteenth floor, there are 4 elevators but they are all pretty slow and the rininging at each floor gets pretty annoying. The room itself was nice with plenty of room. Bed was comfortable and everything was relatively clean. Left the next morning and took the shuttle to the airport the driver was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying there if you have a morning flight to catch. And the location is very convenient, I rented a car at Avis and the return area was right next to it.

Not bad, but needs to be renovated. Wall coverings and decor are a bit dated. Comfortable beds and nice tv.

Overall my brief stay here was fine. The front desk staff was able to get me a room when I walked in, which was helpful since they had none available online. Room was clean, spacious and had good bathroom amenities.

Very nice hotel. It is more convenient if upu are flying in or out of the city. Staff was wonderful, super helpful and nice. Room service, was better than most I have had but prices high as any other hotel. Room was nice, had safe and fridge. Room also had smart tv where you can sign into your account then wipe your info after your stay for services like netflix. Overall nice stay, I recommend.

All of the basic amenities are here except for a small in room refrigerator. Like that you can earn extra Reward Points by not having your room service daily as it's not needed for me. Minor issues but handled quickly. Parking is somewhat of a pain but being by the airport I guess it is to be expected.

Airport-Hell on earth. 1 free power outlet per gate & 30 for rent. Bossy staff w/ sorry not my problem as the theme.

Great hotel. Nice beds. Super convenient to get to the airport. There is a bridge that leads straight from the hotel to terminal B. Gym is pretty nice too. This location also has the mobile key system and mine worked great.
