I suppose I should have kept my expectations low for an airport hotel, but I tend to have really good luck at Marriott properties. This stay was an exception. The check-in experience was disappointing-- the man at the desk was not the most pleasant. Most of the time I get a, "thank you for being an elite member! Here's your welcome gift." Not today, but ok, not a deal breaker.
I was mostly disappointed with the amount of stranger-hair in the room-- hair on the sheets, hair in the shower, hair on the counter, hair on the towels.
Not the best, but hey, the room was dark and the bed was comfortable, and the hotel is attached to the airport, so that was convenient.
