Philadelphia Airport Marriott Review

Flying American airlines with a stop in Philadelphia airport. Our flight was delayed for 3 hours and then canceled. Our online service Expedia rebooked us for a 9 am flight the next morning which was delayed for 2 more hours. We were given a hotel voucher which only covers half of the hotel bill at the airport Mariott which ended up being $196.00. Then they lost one of our bags. I am hoping management will make this right.

Great hotel. Inside the airport which is a great time saver compared to having to take a shuttle if you are only staying between flights. The staff is friendly and helpful the rooms are nice and surprisingly quiet for being on an airport property. I have stayed multiple times and never had an issue with noise. Comfy beds, good gift shop if you need to get anything and the restaurant has good beers on tap and good food.. serving till midnight I believe. Never used the gym but it looks good too.

Only went in to eat breakfast after my flight. Service was ok. Food was ok.

They close tsa pre at 8pm during thanksgiving weekend in terminal B tell you to go to terminal A because it s open. That one also closed at 8. Then closed terminal A check in all together about 15 minutes later and send people back to B.

This is a super convenient and spotless property with amazing staff. Always a great experience.

Lovely service, lovely staff, wonderful atmosphere. And a beautiful view from the 12th floor. I also loved the convenience of having the airport available in such proximity

Efficient, smart rooms, excellent service at front desk, and room service was great! Connected directly with Terminal 2, easy access to Terminal 3 too. A bit if a walk from international arrivals, but we'll worth the proximity. Breakfast was somewhat underwhelming, but my stay was over a weekend. Thank you!

Newly renovated, modern and clean.
I enjoyed my stay. Front desk was friendly, professional and courteous. Interesting color them, it makes the hotel warm. The bed was very comfortable and the towels soft. I had a burger at the restaurant downstairs, it was delicious!

The place is very good, as one would expects from a Marriott Hotel. I find incredible that the WiFi in the room does not work properly, unless one opts for buying the GUEST WiFi access. Given the cost of a room, this is something I would have not expected.

Marriott came through as always. Price was reasonable and accommodations were extraordinary. Bed was comfortable slept soundly. Staff was pleasant, helpful and went above and beyond to assist. Dorothy was especially helpful and followed through with our requests by leaving requested info at our door.

Convenience, convenience, convenience!!
This hotel is connected to the Terminal B from 2nd floor. Parking is connected from 3rd floor. Parking is $24 per night.

Compared to other hotels around the airport, this hotel is a bit pricy, but we prefer to pay for this convenience.

They even have ATM in the first floor. They charge $4 for fee, but it helps you for the last minute s need.

Guest room is moderate. But very quite, which is good.

I was getting my parking validated and would pay for several days so I did not have to go downstairs to front desk since I have a 15 month old baby. As you are aware that there are pilots and folks coming off the plane from God knows where so I am trying to have little to no contact with a whole lot of folks.

I went downstairs and the front desk worker gave me trouble when I wanted to validate and the reason I provided her was as if I was talking to a wall. The staff should be sensitive about the pandemic but even more when you have guests whose experienced flooding in their home.

The Marriott was amazing! They were one of our highlights in Philadelphia! They are located in the airport which is super convenient. We had a 12 hour layover and they had a room available at 9am for us. The rooms were very nice, beds were comfortable, restaurant downstairs and they were very clean. The staff is awesome!!

Convenient for meetings since connected directly to Terminal B

After living here in Philadelphia for 12 years, I finally had my first experience at the Philadelphia Airport Marriott. To say the least I was pleasantly surprised! I met a business associate at the restaurant and had dinner & drinks. The food was much better than one would expect from a hotel and bartenders were friendly and steady with the pour. I'll definitely be using this location for meetings in the future.

Great bar and super convenient getting to an early flight

Beautifully modern with spacious rooms. Plenty of Parking that costs $24 a day but conveniently set up so you can access the airport directly. A lively restaurant and bar on the ground floor with a gift shop as well. Enjoy!

We were two people staying in room 1008 on October 7, 2020. Reception personnel were cordial and efficient in getting us checked into our room at around 9 pm. The room was standard and adequate for 2. We were unpacked and settled in when my wife noticed a sizable urine stain on the couch that was about 5 feet from the bed. There was no discernible odor, so we were hoping it wasn t fresh.

We were too tired to pack everything up and move to another room, so we were careful to avoid the couch. Bottom line; avoid room 1008 if you stay at this property. Disgusting.

Great on-airport location. Also convenient (across the street) for. Avis, Budget, etc, car rental. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Not many nearby restaurants apart from the hotel's own restaurant and the airport vendors. Taking a SEPTA train, cab, or Lyft to Center City will give you more options.

Very close to airport, just walking distance from baggage claim.

No parking for vehicles over 6' 2" RIP Jeep owners , waiters are rude and don't care about service, to bother tipping.

It's inside the airport, very convenient. The service is good as well, room is good too.

Rooms were a bit dingy, but had a nice atmosphere. The food was not very good though.

Good service. Not very clean. Bed bugs. Need to pay attention to details and cleaning. Hair in bed. Restaurant decent food, napkins all frayed and some dirty. Pre-package snacks at conference expired. Good location to Terminal B.

It's a fairly standard quality Marriott with a restaurant priced well above average. The bed was comfortable, things were clean, and the food was decent, but nothing about the hotel stands out as superior to me.

Only went for some food, everything was pretty standard, no complaints, a little overpriced as you would expect. My food was very good however.

Convenience is great. Clean, nice. Booked a King. Constantly lied to about no Kings available. Ended up with a double double. They will lie and say they have no Kings available. If you complain profusely about not getting what you pay for they will eventually release you a king. If you have the motivation to move your stuff from your double to your king you can get what you pay for.

Fantastic gym. Cozy room. Nice toiletries. No free breakfast.

Terrible experience. For the first time in my life, I was not offered complimentary wifi at a hotel, which charged me more than $200 a night for a room. To boot, the overpriced parking ($25) adds further insult to injury. Average room, average hotel, below-average experience. Find something else.

Close to airport, and they have a shuddle bus straight to your airline. Very luxurious and very comfortable stay. Would reccomend to family and friends!

First time I've ever heard of people having to pay to park while staying at a hotel

Nice hotel. The rooms are very good, clean and well outfitted. Super convenient as far as being attached to the airport by a skyway. I was worried about plane noise, but I never noticed it during my stay, the room was very quiet.

The Philadelphia Airport Marriott is a great place to stay. The staff is friendly, beds are soft, and the food is great. If a flight gets cancelled, they are happy to help.

Worst customer service I've ever received. Booked with them at 9:30 at night because our flight was canceled. Tried to cancel within the hour and they refused to refund our money.

Everyone here is so friendly. I walked in like a disaster and left feeling refreshed and energized. I love staying here the night before or after a flight. If you had a bad experience try looking inward and doing some soul searching because the staff here has been consistently the top of the game.

The hotel is not bad, but there are no dining options, besides the hotel bar and room service, in the area. The hotel also does not provide you with a microwave or refrigerator in the rooms. To be fair, they will bring a fridge into your room for a fee.

Quick check in. Analog TV. Room smelled a bit wet. No USB charging in room. Free WiFi for rewards members. Building is clean and neat.

Very convenient to terminal B. Uber and lyft drivers will need to pick you up behind the hotel at the airport.

We were really happy of our stay at the Philadelphia Airport Marriott. We weren't able to make our flight, and the Marriott is directly accessible to the airport without having to step a foot outside. Really great for us since it was really cold outside.

Nicole served us at the Registration desk, and she was extremely polite and helpful. Our room was clean, and just what we expected from the Marriott chain.

We returned downstairs to find out what there is to do around here and how to get around, and again, Nicole helped us out, and she was flat out amazing. She initiated a conversation, smiled a lot, and made our stay here just what we needed after a long day of travel.

Loved this hotel. Stayed here for an Eagles home game and it's the perfect set up for out of town fans. Walking distance (inside)from the airport so no real scare of missing a flight. And great room service meals

Good service and comfortable bed. Nothing else to say.

We have stayed at Marriott hotels around the world and this was the worst. The bedding was poor with lumpy pillows. The dining room was dark, depressing, and the decor was very dated. Fronk desk person was very friendly and helpful. Server in dining room was friendly, efficient and accommodating. We stayed because of an early morning flight. We do not recommend this hotel.

Very warm greeting at the front desk staff is friendly upbeat and helpful. I was assigned a room on the 12th floor explain to associate checking me in that I prefer to be on lower floor and he made it happen. The room is clean spacious. Later on I had some famous Philadelphia cheesecake at the aviation Bar and Grill. Service was great cheesecake was great slept very well bed extremely comfortable

First time staying this close to an airport and let me tell you, it made the 6am flight that much easier! Drove two hours last night and only had a few hours of sleep, so jumping out of bed and walking into the airport 5 minutes later was great! The beds made for a comfy, easy sleep. The room was very clean, a little dated, but I felt confident that it was sanitized & cleaned properly. Front desk even gave me a courtesy wake up call! Oh and I almost forgot, the room facing the runway was beautiful to see with the sun rising!

My flight was canceled, so I decided to stay here because their website showed open rooms. When I went go to the counter and tried to purchase a room, their credit card machine did not work. Thankfully, they have an ATM in the lobby, so I was able pay with cash. The room was clean, nice, and quiet. But the next morning, I hooked up the coffee machine to find that there was no coffee in the room. If you're looking for a clean, quiet room with no service, then I recommend this place.

Very nice and very convenient to airport. There is a short walkway to airport. Just a bit expensive.

We had a flight cancellation and had to find a hotel close by because we didn t have our vehicle. The price was way out of line $349 plus tax (total $400) for one night. Since there was no other hotel that we could get to easily, we had to stay there. The rooms were adequate, but not exceptional. We couldn t reach anybody at the front desk to make a wake-up call since our re-booked flight was leaving at 5:30 a.m. the restaurant was okay, but again, expensive. I would not spend that kind of money again.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The executive lounge is pretty bad, but that seems to be standard for North American ones. Room was comfortable and overlooked the tarmac.
