Had difficulty finding Marriott's parking lot as construction was underway. Finally was told to enter Parking Lot C and ascend one level. Adjacent parking garages are available as well which are shared with general airport parking lots. But it's quite a maze so make note of markers so you can find your car again. You must order an entree if you are seated at the Marriott restaurant tables. However if you are merely meeting someone and don't want to eat - you are directed to go upstairs to another seating area. I ordered a Chicken Caesar salad and shared a tomato/basil flatbread which was filling. Generous portions. Wait staff was very efficient.

Very nice, good quality and extremely convenient for rental car dropoff. It's also directly connected to the airport terminals which makes waking up and getting to the airport much more relaxing.

I chose this hotel because it is right in the airport. The check in was easy. However, the room was kind of small. I also could not sleep well in the night and kept on waking up. I don't know whether it was bed or something else. I felt this hotel was way over price. It was very expansive to stay here. Since it was in the airport, you don't have any other dinning choices except the restaurant in the Marriott. The only good thing about it was that I was trying to catch first flight. I could walk across the bridge connected hotel and and airport. It was nice. Other than that it was a very average stay.

I was so disappointed with this Marriott. My flight was delayed and therefore I missed my connection and I had to stay in Philadelphia for the night and I usually will choose Marriott because I pretty much know what to expect but not this. I arrive at about 1am in the middle of winter...it was 20 degrees outside. 1. There was no one available to help with bags and the front staff did not offer to help, 2. The room was freezing, no heat some one came to check it...and was able to turn it off because it was blowing cold air.3. no information about the shuttle services available. Just overall poor customer service.
You guys can do better.

Yes, went to Philadelphia to visit my oldest daughter and her youngest daughter that I met for the 1st time... she just turned three. Loved the convenience and amenities too! Can't wait to visit again and see BOTH her daughter's at the same time.

Unless you physically wait in line at the front desk it is impossible to reach a human being for any form of service. Try the phone? Front desk- no amswer. Room Service- no answer. Wake up call- no answer. Use your cell to call the main number- no answer. I put the breakfast order tag on my door early in the evening- it was not picked up and no breakfast arrived the next day. Couldn't call to complain because- no answer. Is there a zombie apocalypse no one told me about? Where is everyone? In fairness when you go downstairs to the front desk or bar the service is excellent. I just think they need more help.

Parking wasn't clearly marked (I ended up going through a lane that I thought I couldn't go through in the parking garage). Inside staff was very friendly and helpful. Outside garage and exit staff wasn't super friendly. It was a hot, busy day and that may have been why.

4 of 5 Stars. Pros: literally right next to the airport; convenient walking distance. Friendly and courteous staff. Spacious and clean areas. Restaurant and bar inside the hotel. Cons: some features appeared old (but not unpleasantly). Marriott gold member arrival gift was only 2 mini bottles of water (better than nothing!). Restaurant prices were a bit pricey. Overall, i would return and would indeed recommend to others.

Okay layout, lines move quickly.

Okay layout, lines move quickly.
Check-in lines at some airline counters are long with not much passage to pass by.
Once inside the airport, it's well laid out with good food and shopping options.

Have stayed here multiple times and both the hotel and restaurant have always met my expectations. Friendly staff, clean rooms and exceptionally easy access to the airport. Great place for meetings.

Just went to the restaurant here, the food was really good, homemade chips were excellent, but this is a very expensive place. Understandable given the location and lack of any other options but I would be hard pressed to return given the price.

Obviously it will be pricey for convenience, however, staff at the bar and restaurant are fantastic as well as at the front desk. Only one star down from 5 due to how thin the sound insulation is between rooms. Overall, it's worth the steep prices to help you on an early flight.

Convenient location attached to the Philadelphia Airport. Just walk through baggage claim, take the stairs up, walk over, and check in. The hotel has a decent restaurant downstairs by the lobby.

Definitely super convenient to the airport--you can just walk over from Terminal B. Nice staff. Be sure to ask for the local restaurant menus that will deliver to the hotel, as there is nothing in walking distance and they are way more affordable.

A beautiful hotel on the inside. My only complaint was that there was no mini fridge in the room and the air did not work very well.
The rooms are nicely decorated and the bed was nice. Would definitely recommend, especially if you have an early morning flight, as there's a sky bridge that takes you right to the terminal.

Always clean, excellent service, good restaurant food. Front desk is always efficient and informative. Special shout-out to Michael at check-in, he went above and beyond to get us comfortable after our flight was cancelled to the next day. Made us feel at home.

Came for a quick night during a business trip in order to catch an early flight. There is a breezeway directly from the hotel into the airport checkin.

Comfy beds, clean room, fun little restaurant in the lobby and a nice fitness area.

Went for a conference. Parking was very easy, and the walk to the conference room was short. The room was nice and clean. There is a starbucks in the gift shop, and a restuarant in the lobby which will deliver to the conference rooms if needed. There was also a water cooler in the room, as well as a glass, pen, and pad of paper at every seat.

Stayed at the Philadelphia airport Marriott because it seemed like the only option on a layover. It was overpriced, but otherwise it was a very nice hotel.

I was deeply disappointed with the city AND state hotel tax which added another $50 plus to the one night stay.

The restaurant at the hotel was decent, and of course overpriced, but the food was okay, nothing fancy.

There was no complementary breakfast, which was disappointing for such an expensive room. Otherwise I have no other complaints as the staff was attentive and friendly and helpful.

This was one of the best trips, and hotels I ve ever stayed in!!
The service was great, the room was great, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great!!
There was extremely easy access to the train to get to the city, and bring it is connected to the airport. I was able to sleep in on the day I had to travel home. I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to Philadelphia. Thank you

Great hotel. Friendly and helpful people at the front desk. Quiet rooms, comfortable bed. Everything you expect, plus you literally walk downstairs and it brings you to the TSA checkpoint for the Airport!
In house restaurant was horrible! Awful food, slow service, minimal menu choices. Eat somewhere else!!

Amazing staff from check in to check out. Everyone I ran into was just in a wonderful mood. The concierge was splendid, great food for dinner. The rooms are a bit smaller then most Marriott's I have stayed in. Also the room I called home could use a bit of updating especially in the bathroom. But all in all it was a great stay.

One thing is for sure is there s a great deal of walking from concourse E to the Marriott. Whew! In fact, just before turning down the last corridor to the hotel, you ll encounter the food court. Make sure you eat before exiting (if you re staying at the Marriott that is). Nothing but hotel food on the other side and there s no retuning to the court! Decide wisely!! The hotel itself was great. Easy checkin, keyless entry and easy access. Room was a little small but very cozy. Never heard a single plane.

Horrible experience. As an hold Marriott member this was by far my worse stay, so horrible that we checked out after a couple of hours. The room had an awful foul smell and cleaning products were left in the bathroom. After contacting the hotel it had been 4 days and I m still waiting on a call back from the manager.

The Marriott was amazing! They were one of our highlights in Philadelphia! They are located in the airport which is super convenient. We had a 12 hour layover and they had a room available at 9am for us. The rooms were very nice, beds were comfortable, restaurant downstairs and they were very clean. The staff is awesome!!

The location can't be beat. So easy to get off of your flight and get into your room. Check-in and check-out was simple. The room was adequate. Nothing fancy but not bad. I would stay there again.
