I have had nothing but problems with my bills! Most recently, I had to spend 45 minutes of my time going though the statements from day one, find their errors, and print off copies of cancelled checks to send to them to prove THEIR errors. Why is this my problem. Get it together! This has been going on for 2 years. It I could rate them a 0 I would.
