So far so good I can say that there's no bonus structure as promised during the hiring process the job is very easy the healthcare is very expensive for the income the position brings in although in your second year the company will cover more of your monthly Health Premium cost and the personal vacation and paid time off is very limited don't quote me but I don't believe it's only a week total

How are they still in business? PFS only focuses on the number of accounts worked daily rather than the quality and actual resolution. This means the same accounts have to be reviewed over and over and over again, because people are afraid of being fired for not meeting the daily quota . As a result, the filing deadline and appeal deadline passes, then the accounts end up getting written-off; therefore, the company that is paying PFS loses any profit.

At a real company, they would realize that if the account is worked correctly the first time which actually takes time the account would be resolved and paid. There wouldn t be any need for the same account to be reviewed multiple times. So basically, PFS is paying people to write-off accounts and lose money for their clients.

I brought this up to management multiple times while I worked there they didn t seem to care. Just make sure you meet those numbers. Unbelievable! This explains their high turn-over rate. Well that s also due to their extremely low pay. I ve seen them advertise $15 - $17 hourly for an experienced Medicare collector. Experienced?? $15 - $17 is an entry-level salary. No one with experience is going to accept that offer. As I asked in the beginning how are they still in business?

Worst company I have ever worked for. They get you in by painting a pretty picture of what it's like and how great it is. It was nothing but a bait and switch. Their turn over rate is outrageous! No stars given.

The ceo along with the managers do not care about the employees. Due to the pandemic they decided to not give employees a raise. The CEO said he will find a way to make us essential but when it came time to give essential pay instead he tell us we will not be getting a raise. They give us a unrealistic production with unrealistic workloads provided to us. This job is very stressful and believe me or not will give you migraines everyday, you will be stressed everyday, upset everyday, mad everyday and eventually turn into hating PFS!. Only choose this job if it is your last option. management do not care about you whatsoever!!! Also this job just been cited for not following CDC guidelines, so if you care about your health please chose somewhere else to go!!! I ve been there for a year and got promoted but never gotten a raise.... These people are very sneaky with their work... They really don t even deserve 2.4 stars more like a 1 and nothing more....I ve learned my lesson working at this job and that is to never accept a job when the reviews are each saying the same thing I will never lower my standards for a company like this. Next time I ll make sure the work environment is good along with the pay... I will never settle for less again...
