Initial experience was Great but them turned sour when I needed my medical form filled out and he kept insisting that he didn't have time which was fine with me only thing was I never got a chance to tell him any one of the workers could fill the form out-he only needed to sign it-surely you have enough time for that. He finally put "back pain" on the form after I asked him to write something down that was done today. Back pain was what the person came in for not the treatment she was given. He threw the form to his worker and walked off real fast. It was All unnecessary and if it was my appointment I wouldn't go back but I support a special needs young lady and the appointment was for her. She looked up at this Michael Kelo and said he's mean!! This man needs a lesson in Respect and Courtesy-clearly had none. Better watch how you treat people if you don't want people treating you any kind of way!!!

The staff was awesome they really know there job very professional. Is all I can say I highly recommend Mike Kelo . And if I say they are good they are good because I am very particular VERY

I am a veteran and had very specialized surgery. The VA exhausted its ability to provide post surgical care. When I went to see Mike Kelo, he was more knowledgable of my condition, diagnoses, and recovery plan. His staff was very welcoming and expressed a desire to learn more about my procedure. I was so impressed with his office that I stopped going to the VA for one of my disabilities and prefered Mikes staff for therapy.

Absolutely, positively, undeniably THE BEST physical therapy group in existence!
My mother has been a patient of Mike Kelo PT for a little over a month and she had improved considerably after a faulty rotary cuff surgery.
I have never seen such incredible care and service such as this! Professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable staff. And Mr. Kelo himself is on hand to work with you one on one.

This is the best place to go for recovery from surgery the staff makes me feel like I am a king they are so amazing and I have made gains faster than I have ever made I thank God for Mike kelo and his staff trust me go there to get the help you need

In the several months I went there Mike only saw me at my initial visit. He saw me when he walked by me at visits, but never even acknowledged me and never did any follow ups or checked my progress. I went for months for a minor sports injury and after making zero progress, I moved on to a new place. I got tired of sitting for 30-45 minutes between "therapies" which consisted of a heating pad, stretching and having lineament applied. When I realized I could do that myself, I moved on to a better place. Most of the "therapists" who looked like kids, stood around talking. No one cared about my time at all. I used leave 2+ hours from work 2-3 times a week and wasn't making any progress. My gut feeling at my first visit told me this was a bad place. Trust your gut.

I don't understand the negative reviews, as my experience was totally different. Mike and his staff were AMAZING - very professional, yet personable. I received hands on care every time that I went, and was totally satisfied with my progress. It was easy to make appointments, and my appointments always started on time. If you're searching for a physical therapist, do yourself a favor and visit Mike and his staff.

Poor experience. Long wait time and they would do one intervention and then we would wait 30 minutes then do another intervention. No exercises given at home. Wrote incorrect information on medical files. Total waste of time.

The staff is so nurturing, kind and encouraging. They care about your recovery. Soft tissue work is a nice touch at every appointment; you don't get that everywhere. Would definitely return to this office for future injuries(knock on wood).
