The reviews below seem incredible to me. A regular customer for over thirty years the guy who left a single star, too bad that Peuterey is a recent brand (dated 2002) .... I AM SERIOUSLY a regular customer for years, besides Peuterey I often buy Moncler, Woolrich, they are historic brands which Peuterey HAS NOTHING to envy, and I speak above all for the seriousness of the company, of their salesmen, and also of course the product that has never given me a SINGLE PROBLEM.
Very bad quality jackets, only the cost is high. After one month of use the fabric is already ruined and the company is not responsible for the defect because it is due to "use". At least manage the return with decent timing, a month and a half to get back the jacket just bought in the middle of winter. Helpful.

Long-term loyal customers aren t valued at Peuterey. I Bought a male jacket in fall last year which has become damaged by wearing it just 2 Times (NOT my fault!) Materials used in the jacket are low quality and especially unfitting for males. Been fighting for a refund for multiple months, being redirected from one department to another as no one seems to be tangible for their mistake.
Lately I have been redirected to customer care, which on average take multiple weeks to respond and even then don t give fitting answers to the subject. Last time I heard from peuterey was more then 2 weeks ago, leaving my last email unanswered. I am outstandigly unsatisfied with the whole experience shopping at peuterey, in a way I ve never felt before being a regular customer for over 30 years.
