Long-term loyal customers aren t valued at Peuterey. I Bought a male jacket in fall last year which has become damaged by wearing it just 2 Times (NOT my fault!) Materials used in the jacket are low quality and especially unfitting for males. Been fighting for a refund for multiple months, being redirected from one department to another as no one seems to be tangible for their mistake.
Lately I have been redirected to customer care, which on average take multiple weeks to respond and even then don t give fitting answers to the subject. Last time I heard from peuterey was more then 2 weeks ago, leaving my last email unanswered. I am outstandigly unsatisfied with the whole experience shopping at peuterey, in a way I ve never felt before being a regular customer for over 30 years.
