Don't remember how I was invited to a sea food buffet here. It was delightful. Good food makes any event pleasant.

Great base! A lot of options in the local area and good crew of people. Look forward to spending more time here!
Have family here and have always enjoyed coming on this base. But the rules have changed and I am no longer allowed to drive on/in or out without a escort due to being a foreign national. I am Canadian. This made it very difficult to take my grandchildren out for any activities without having one of their parents with us.
Air Force Bases are Hollywood compared to Army or Marine
They load up planes to spray heavy metals into the skies here
It's a great base. Lots of happenings, beautiful housing both old and new, lots of parks and walking space. If the surrounding schools were better this might be in my top 5 places to have lived.
This is a new and interesting place to visit. My family and I loved the anti-suicide bomber courses. Sadly, Military Micky was gone for the weekend, but we had a good time touring the launch silos. The server rooms were ok, but the food was great. All the MRE's you could ever need! I would go again.
Just wanted to see what the base looks like my dad died at this base in 1966 sgt dan bradford jr he was active duty with the 4600 transportation services he was 32 years old at the time I was six years old thank you and god bless our military
Stationed at ENT AIR FORCE BASE from '65 to '68. Worked on base and at Cheyenne Mountain and Peterson AFB. Loved working there. I turned 21 yrs old there.
It was a great historical location! Make sure you go online to get your spot and make sure you are approved before hand. It is for free and the volunteers are well informed. Wonderful attraction to check out while in the Colorado Springs area.
I spent 2 great years here early in my career as a firefighter
Retired USAF, traveled through this area last year seeking a spot to camp in my RV, website indicated that they were to have broken ground for their new FAMCAMP, earlier that year. When I called to check for availability they d explained to me that they never started breaking ground for that project. Fast forward to today, their website STILL indicates that this groundbreaking was to have occurred over a year and a half ago, but an Outdoor Rec, Rep from Peterson just informed me it still hasn t happened, even though they try to tell them to take it off the website!
Whatever happened to QC, that was extremely important whenever I was AD, from 1984-2007?!?!!!
This reflects poorly on the USAF, Peterson AFB, and its leadership!
Very clean base. Had a fun time at the splash pad on a 90 degree day while visiting the area.
You have to go to the website so that at least 1 day before you plan to go, they'll send you a confirmation by e-mail is the only way to enter for any civilian. The tour is given by veteran volunteers and in our case mr. Dick Burns was very kind and extensive in solving our doubts a man dedicated to the army the museum is small but with much history we were very grateful with the attentive service of Mr. Burns. We will be back again
My brother wants to join the air force, im proud to say that.
Excellent base. Very less traffic compared to Ft Carson. Golf Club is amazing. Commissary is nice and not crowded with too many people but stuffed with lot products.
For the most part quicker service compared Ft. Carson & USAFA.
