Good food. Had complications the last 3 times ive gone. Wrong order followed by 20 minute wait time to correct, they forgot my order followed by excessive wait time, got my order wrong and had to refund and charge me twice, another decent wait time.
Food is better than fast food. Just annoyed with long line ups and parking issues.
Burger and shake were ok. The onion rings were soggy and had a scrap of plastic in the batter.

Obviously one of those places you can't help but love. The burgers are good, the milkshakes are great. The fries are a little bland but at least you get a ton of them.
5 star shakes and sundaes a calgary fast food legend. Stay to the above for 5 star goodness though, their burgers, fries, and onion rings are run of the mill at best.
I used the "walk up " window ..service was excellent. .I didn't have to wait very long for my food ..and I do like Peters signature sauce on my burger ..can still taste it mmm..Peters is worth it ..go ahead and try it out !
Would like to see an alfredo dressing added to the menu.

Iconic Calgary drive through burger place with a massive selection of milkshakes. The burgers have gotten way better but still the fries can be somewhat soggy. I would recommend the onion rings!
Love the food, but they need to open at least 2 more locations in Calgary!
It was backed up on 16th Avenue for a block west of Peters, and it took 20 + minutes to get into the parking lot and it was between 8 and 9 p.m.!
Not a huge fan of Pete s burger and fries have been soggy the last two times we went

The last time I was here was 7 months ago. Had a double cheeseburger and fries and a large Egg nog milkshake and everything tasted great. Merry Christmas and Happy New year .
Good experience, not bad at all. My boy asked me to take him here and he enjoyed it. But for me was nothing special.
Every time you go, it is exactly the same. 30 different milkshake flavours. same menu as it was in 1962.
This was the second time their milkshakes made us sick. :(

Always love this place. Grew up coming here and I always make it a part of my trip when ever I am passing through. The burgers are always good. The service fast. And the milkshakes are fantastic. So many flavor combos to choose from.

I love the milkshakes at Peters. They are delicious. Not too crazy about their fries bit the shakes make up for it big time. Lots of flavours to choose from and they are gigantic!

The food and drinks here are always good and consistent. The drive through line up was a little long so go there before you're too hungry. They have the best selection of flavors for milkshakes and they'll even mix two flavors together.

Burgers are always big, have never gone done in size like the other chains out there. Onion rings are always huge and fried to a beautiful golden brown and crispy!!! Milk shakes are simply amazing with the ability to combine their flavors to create in upwards of 4500+ flavors as advertised on their menu. Their ice creams....one of the few remaining places to offer true soft serve ice cream. Great place any time of the deal.

These are still darned good burgers, even if not at the five-star quality before the original owners sold. Also, it might seem otherwise, but the watermelon milkshake is quite delicious.

I went here with my friend to try out the famous shake of Peter's drive in.
On the first appearance, it looked liked a car showroom.
When we tried the fruit shake with vanilla added, it was another level feeling.
I am gonna try it again soon.

Liked the cheeseburger and fast service, however fries, milkshake as ok.
Rediculously long lineup, but they get through in a reasonable amount of time. The burgers taste good and the fries are fresh, though if you're planning to come here, it has to be for the milkshakes: get your taste of either blackberry or blueberry for the real Peter's experience.
Gotta have a Peter's milkshake once in your life, every Calgarian has unless lactose intolerant.
Awesome milks shakes made with real milk. I love how they give you such huge quantities for such a reasonable price. Great place to visit Summer/ Spring/ Fall / Winter :)

Consistently good burgers, amazing onion rings, subpar fries. Process changes over last few years have made it a more well-oiled machine when busy.
Peters, i gave them a 3 and that cause im in a good mood today folks. Now burgers are prettty much burgers and peters is not the exception. Its ok but if your driving out of your way to grab a burger here stop and save gas cause theres some place closer to home. Just an average over rated burger place.
Most underwhelming food ever. I got a double cheese burger fries and a grape shake. the burger patties are about the size of a big mac patty the fries were super stale.
I went back the burgers are still a bit sad but edible The milkshakes are really good.

I've only tried the milk shake here and it's just amazing.
I like the sauce they use on the burgers. The patty was dry and kind of rough. The bun is plain and not so fresh, dry too. There's more competition out there now. You can find other burger joints with better burgers now. I was at the window by myself in the cold of winter. I paid for my burger, then the lady gave me a number and receipt and closed the window. 10 seconds later she opens the window and calls my number. I guess she couldn't remember who I was... Standing there all alone...
Better then McDonald's maybe.... Milkshakes are also bland with little flavor. If you can't do a chocolate shate well then thats my last visit. Boogie Burgers is a few blocks away and much better food.
Where to begin.
Peter's is a classic in Calgary and definitely a fan favourite.
The milkshakes are phenomenal and that is pretty much where the good ends.
The food quality is completely below average every time you visit and the cost would make you think you're about to get some quality food.
Outside of the abysmal food the service speeds are so slow you will likely end up waiting 20-30 minutes for the most disappointing food you have ever had.
The redeemer that is always strong though is the milkshake.
Do not miss the opportunity to eat a delicious hamburger and an ice cream milkshake (I recommend strawberry and banana) .... then if you do not eat more for a week nothing happens but it is worth it. Delicious. There is a park nearby with tables where you can eat them

Not the same as I remembered from when I was a kid. The patties are a bit like a sponge, and the buns a bit dry. The milkshakes are phenomenal tho
They sell amazing milkshakes and fries, both of which are gluten free. And the small fries is enough to feed two people!
Friendly staff, milk tea is the best. They used the real ingredients not a powder one. We will be back again.
Would return only for onion rings and maybe a milkshake. Not a fan of the burgers, they are just missing "something".
