Discriminatory and a fail. Huge waist of time get health serves here. Some openly moke patient and joke about their illnesses,blames them for there connections. When you're real with them the doctor bails on and your out of a primary physician. Also besides the fact for nothing can getting done because the front desk receptionists's make patient uncomfortable by staring at them and screwing around..

Despite having significant symptoms indicating a hormonal issue, I've received the same tests and no answers for a year. There is very little follow-up care and the moment they see that I have depression/anxiety, I get treated as though my symptoms are imagined instead of indicative of something more serious. I've been shuffled between departments, asked for referrals to an endocrinologist, but they will not refer me or give me the tests I've asked for based on genetic predispositions to certain autoimmune disorders that fit the symptoms I'm having. The OB that they shuffled me off to was so condescending and uncaring, she nearly made me cry during my visit. The day the front of my neck physically swelled up and I went in to have it checked, the doctor (who could hardly keep her head up or keep a train of thought because she was "sorry but she's very tired today") told me it was just anxiety... (I forgot that anxiety causes swollen necks. silly me.) When I left the exam room to use the restroom after asking for tests and being denied them despite the other symptoms and now the swollen front of my neck, I could hear the extraordinarily unprofessional doctor and nurse talking not so kindly about me and about how patients always think they know best. How dare I, a 27 year old woman with menopausal symptoms increasing in severity, ask for several different tests (rather than the ones I've already had 4 times) in an effort to get to the cause of the symptoms. I am extremely disappointed and angry. I may just be a patient but I expect to be treated like they care about my well-being during the appointments rather than making me feel like a burden because I tried to advocate for my health. I've never written a google or yelp review before but they've certainly earned this one.

I have never written a bad review about a place, but in this case, I cannot keep my mouth shut; I am enraged. I scheduled a physical for my almost three year old son because I needed his eyes checked, as I think his tear ducts do not work properly. But instead of getting anything checked, they asked me a bunch of questions for almost an hour and a half, even bringing in a psychologist because he seemed to be "acting out" and has a lot of energy. Ummm... Duh. He is a two year old boy, who yes, is very active, because his parents are very active.. There is something wrong with this??? My son is very healthy, respectful and a happy kid; he has a great life, surrounded by people who love him, and yet they act like he might have a mental disorder or need to be on drugs. It was an absolute joke! They made a big deal because he was saying no to them for taking his temperature, etc, like it was a bad behavior, but hello? he doesn't know you or what checking his blood pressure is, etc. These doctors were suggesting counseling for myself and my son, parenting classes, but NEVER gave me any answers to any the questions I had or even looked at his eyes. They NEVER examined him, but made him draw? Then they scheduled a second physical to try again in a month. It is all for extra money, a total scam by incompetent "doctors" who treat their patients like an assembly line and do not listen to your needs or what you are telling them. We will NOT be going back there. And I am going to call to make a formal complaint. All my previous experiences have been fine, especially for myself in women's health. But this experience was awful!!! They might want to consider having the doctors who work with kids be doctors who actually have kids or possess common sense.what has happened to healthcare and doctors that are in it for the right reasons and actually care about their patients?
I don't have to wait for unreasonable amounts of time and the staff is friendly and explained everything.
I have been going to their beautifully designed facility for 7 years, and have worked with so many professional, while at the same time warm-hearted, people. It's a wonderful "village" atmosphere that the many bilingual employees add to immensely. Thank you, Petaluma Health Center, for seeing me through all life's ups and downs!
I've been seeing doctors and using their pharmacy for 6 years, and at the risk of sounding too effusive in my praise: I LOVE this place. Thank god (and goddess) for this community resource. If I could complain about one thing and give 4 stars instead of 5, I would. But I have zero complaints. I've gotta wonder about the folks who gave PHC 1 star.
The pharmacy staff is particularly good.

Kinda a joke! Went in with a back sprain, been going on for 4 days and the NP (don't even know if they even have real doctors there) does nothing, checks of the back and tells me EXACTLY what I just told them!! It was a joke! No help and they DO treat people like drug addicts!!
Would give it a five, but theres always room for improvement , so I would put it a four and three quarter, in my experience, they do try harder , and do go the extra mile , for their patients,, keep up the good work guys,,
This health center is a joke, went on appointment receptionist told you r good, take your seats in suit a. We were waited for one hours nobody called than go back to the receptionist why nobody is calling than they said oh you need to go in suit c. I said that s not my mistake we came 15 minutes before the appointment and we wait for more than one hour, are you kidding. All receptionist always busy talking, rude, unprofessional. All the time on phones, talking about others dresses and coffee etc. it is just a joke.
Horrible place to go for mental health care. Totally backwards. I recommend against seeking mental/behavioral health here.

Made an appointment for immunization shots for 9:30am. Revived my notice a day in advance. When I got there our health care provider was not working today. Now they can't set up,a new appointment for over an hour. Very unprofessional.

I have been coming here over the last 3 years. Dr. Katz was a good doctor. She moved. I love the offices themselves, they are colorful, clean, and roomy. A lot of wonderful competent people all around. BUT, everytime that I have gone there's always seems to be a slip up somehow. One of the GYNO docs there seemed to have given me the wrong prescription which then also took 2 weeks to get it right, and one of the worst bedside manners EVER! Rude and Grumpy!! Or a nurse will promise to FAX a prescription for you, but never does. Or the billing in patient's portal is never updated, so you get charged over and over for the
same bill. The receptionists must be overworked or something--I have NEVER seen one of them SMILE! Anyway, I know they are trying to do their best, but something somehow always goes AMISS. It doesn't function well as a whole. Definitely not a well oiled machine. I just went in there today and they were rude again and would not give me there appropriate charge for the same medicine. BUT, the Rohnert Park Facility is way better!
I went in today, after which time my fever shot up 3 degrees. My entire body is sore and it takes effort to stay awake, which I was doing so I could get my prescription. Online pharmacy hours say they're open until 8. They are not. I double-checked my physical prescription and there are no pharmacy hours listed on the sheet. I probably shouldn't have let them give me a flu shot while I already have a fever and infection. So here I am with a fever of 103.7 and I have to go back to work the day after tomorrow with two fewer doses of antibiotics than if they could have gotten my my prescription the same day.
My bill was $200 for a 10-min doctor visitand a flu shot. The doctor didn't even seem to have time for me in those few minutes as she kept answering her own questions instead of letting me answer. The doctor gave me a 30-day supply of Zoloft and now won't let me renew my subscription. Having your body and brain get used to an SSRI and then withdraw from it is really terrible and makes one anxious and suicidal. I hate this place so much.
Melissa Wong, NP was wonderful. All the staff was very helpful and happy. Nice clinic. Would highly recommend.
I wouldn't say it's the best place, but if you aren't planning on staying in the area for long or you rarely ever go to the doctors (like me) this is good enough to get you by.

first rate care, prompt, kind, yet thorough. everyone working there has a smile on their face. i love this center, also first rate service in the pharmacy! located in the same building, very convenient. the pharmacist and employees are always quick, getting me in and out in a jiffy! best pharmacy around no lies. They treat their patients like drug addicts, lack knowledge every gp should have, perform mandatory drug tests without permission - without even listing it in their paperwork. And if you are insulted when you find out and complain, the next time they see you the assistant will lie to get what she wants. Dr Chi was incompetent and condescending. She ignored complications from hyper mobility and acute pain and suggested I try yoga (dangeous for me) or acupuncture. (No more affective than a placebo) The nurse practitioner, Darcie was better and the receptionists were great. But I won't be going back. Not trustworthy.
Came in new from another state and Was treated with kindness and respect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though I sort medical assistants on a sliding scale I was treated with kindness and understanding just as if I were in a private setting. Great staff, super great nurse and a nurse practitioner that treated me with dignity respect. How lucky I am to have found such a wonderful place!

HILLARY POWELL is the most unprofessional doctor we have ever had the experience of working with. She lied during our recent appointment and said my husband has a history of meth use when he has NEVER used hard drugs in his life. When trying to tell her that the information she has is completely false and putting false info on peoples medical records is not only dangerous but illegal, she hung up during our scheduled phone appointment we waited for for 2 weeks. Did not even offer any type of help or information on the matter. We are currently in process of obtaining all of his medical records and contacting an attorney on the matter for falsifying documents as well as malpractice. Spend the few extra bucks and go to a private doctor that actually knows what they re doing.
