We are in year 2 with PMI and I am thoroughly pleased with the service they provide. Tech's come out three times a year, do their thing and are always super friendly and professional. Communication from PMI is outstanding as well.

I have been satisfied with PMI, which was recommended to me by a woman I met at my summer pool, from the beginning. My husband & I were bitten by bedbugs at a motel on the I-95 corridor in Florida over a year ago, & Billy Tesh himself came out to inspect, found no evidence of investation, but installed passive monitors under our beds with instructions to call if we found any evidence. He looked over everything--furniture, baseboards, etc--& did not charge us one cent. We lucked out--we were bitten but did not bring them home. Since then we have used PMI for termite inspection & management & will be using them to encapsulate our basement. The staff is friendly & accessible & the service conveniently scheduled. The company has understood our problems in scheduling the basement encapsulation as other contractors have been unable to complete work that needs to be done before PMI can come out. I recommend them highly.
Randall and his team from PMI were professional, communicative, prompt, thorough, and did a great job encapsulating our crawl space. He found and tagged two small water leaks for us, and made temporary accommodations while we get a plumber out to address them. The work was done while one of our dogs was recovering from surgery, and he was great about following our requests not to knock or ring the doorbell and possibly excite her to re-injure herself. All of this occurred during the age of Covid and he and his crew wore masks at every interaction. We are very pleased with the work he and his team did.

This is the go-to company for not only standard pest control, but we were extremely impressed with their wildlife, crawl space, termite services, too! All of the PMI technicians are professional, friendly, and responsive. I like the fact that once a Tech is assigned, he is always the same for each treatment. This way he s able to attack any ongoing issues with experience. In fact, with my quarterly treatments, all pests are under control. I also have a closed crawl space with PMI and the install and ongoing maintenance service has been excellent.
We have an annual contract with PMI and it is an excellent value. The regular treatments keep our home relatively pest-free, and if any issue arises between treatments, they are extremely responsive and effective. Both the company in general and the individual provider who comes to our home (Anthony) provide top-notch customer service. Anthony is always on time for our appointments, and is in equal parts efficient, thorough, and personable. I highly recommend this company!

We had a major water problem under our house. PMI came in with an extremely professional team of guys that went to work. They cleaned out the old problems and fixed all areas to prevent future water from seeping in. I believe the process is called encapsulation. The team was very prompt, they explained the work as they went along and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this very reliable, professional and caring company.

I was hired in July 2008 as Office Administrator and Thomas has serviced the church and parsonage before I was hired. I could not ask for anyone to be easier to work with. He sends a reminder or calls before he comes, is always punctual and trustworthy. The pastor lets Thomas in the parsonage and leaves him to lock up when he is finished.
At this time, we would not consider talking to another company to "manage our pests" here, or at the parsonage.
I am so impressed with this company. Our initial conversations were through email. I was able to email pictures of where our pest problem was to get a more precise estimate. They were able to come the next day to remove our wasp nests. They have very friendly, quick service. All at a reasonable price. We will definitely use them for any future pest issues.
