Good food, terrible service and customer service. With some of the employees you feel that you are in Venezuela. Pathetic! If you do not like to work, come back.

Everything is exquisite, fresh and our flavors supported !! In Doral .... yummy yummy .... to keep everything!

Excellent Bakery .. !! Good attention, clean place.

The quality of their products has really lowered the quality of their products. Saves really put their heart, and finally my recommendation they have to do maintenance to the facilities they should paint walls and clean how to paint the bathrooms it is not acceptable that when they arrive in the morning they look that way we are in the USA remember!

Today I was surprised of something that when I paid I was charged ..... when I CANCELED with my DEBIT CARD and they charged me a percentage to pay with a card. I asked the manager for an explanation and the girl told me that she was not there. .. so be careful when you pay with your card ... I will not go any more if that is so because in another place they are not applying that form

Good service and a wide variety of excellent products

I ordered through uber eats. I ordered 4 pan de bonos and they sent me 3. the worst part is what am I supposed to do when I get ordered food? I can't walk back to a waitress and ask her to kindly bring me the fourth one. It's such a small detail and if they were paying attention, this wouldn't have happened. ESPECIALLY during the current pandemic when businesses are relying on takeout delivery to keep getting paid. no wonder this place has 2 & a half stars on yelp. not ordering from here again

Good coffee. Venezuelan kind of food. My kids love it, when they see the Don Pan logo they start screaming: Pan de Bono, we want pan de bonoooo.

The food was good, and it is the reason of the 3 stars, but service was terrible! We pre-ordered for pick-up, they confirmed they would have everything ready for us, but when I arrived to get the food one of the ladies asked me to make the line, then another one told me not to because it was only for pick-up (get it together!); when I gave them the receipt for the pick-up they started running around putting everything together! (what?!) and to make the coffee which was for a group. Had to wait there 30 min, too much for pre-ordering! When I mentioned they said the order would be ready at arrival they said they couldn't prepare it earlier because everything was hot ... por Dios!, at least have the decency to say "we forgot, sorry" but don't give me bad service and lie to me. We will never order again for an office event.

One of the best Venezuela style Bakery at Doral - Miami

This Don Pan del Doral left me in pain with all the people in my office for our Christmas party. Everyone wanted Venezuelan Christmas food and for being the only Venezuelan in the company I recommended Don Pan with their eyes closed and to my surprise it was a disappointment. They gave us cold and incomplete food even when we made the order days in advance and their response was only that "we had to know that they gave the cold food." Well, no, we didn't know, nobody is guessing that you Don Pan, they serve cold food. The dessert for 15 people was really for 5 people and not a little similar to the gypsy arm that I as a Venezuelan knew. They stopped giving us a Christmas ham claiming that they cannot make a single ham per day and that of our order was the only one and therefore they left us without Christmas ham at our party, which they did not explain the day we placed the order. Anyway, they left me in grief in my office. Too bad Don Pan del Doral!

Very good. A small place that offers a great variety of products of high value and of great consumption for the Venezuelans, since you enter you perceive it in the aroma, immediately you transport yourself with the memory to any city or town of that beautiful country: VENEZUELA.

Malpractice should be a crime that is paid with jail. Latino friends here is not Caracas or Cartagena or San Juan is not in the United States people have to treat well the customer takes money. They are like 85 degree but Cuban style. Their conchito and cortadito are our favorite morning items.

My wife often goes to buy sweets there and they are good in the true venezuelan bakery style.

The attention of an older lady who is preparing the arepas is appalling. It seems that I was fighting with life. The other cashiers attentive but that lady who have in the doral on Sundays is super long and rude and rude. It didn't cause me to come back anymore.

The prices have increased too much in the last months, an empanada in 3.40 dollars is an abuse, the cachapas now have less cheese, like the sandwiches, I will not return to that place because it is overpriced and to spend so much money there I better go to a restaurant.

Food is good but the service is awful, the staff is rude and treats customers as if we not paying for the food. Management must look into it. Venezuelan food can be found somewhere else. Who do they think they are?

Best cachitos de jamon in town. Just this din pan in doral, especially on the weekend they are just freshly made.

Great food, TERRIBLE service. The cashier was distacted, got the order wrong and when it came out the server made it seem as if it had been my fault and rudely said I had to wait. Spoke to manager who clearly didn t care. Never again.
