PMI has served us faithfully for more years than we can remember. We have found their service to be superior in many ways including: ease of communications and appointment making, flexibility in scheduling, meticulous and diligent management of our termite control system, thorough and systematic attention to maintaining our pest-free home, and the employment of the most knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, and trust-worthy technicians to be found. Thomas is our favorite as he spoils us with his amiable disposition and thoughtful care of any & all of our concerns. Darrell was terrific in clearing the bats out of our attic gable vents. We also like that PMI and their technicians strive to go above and beyond the basics and that they are conscientious in striving to use environmentally healthy methods.
