Didn't get the job done for our family. We were on a monthly plan for $65 and saw some improvement, but nothing to write home about. Another company in Greensboro was able to solve the problem with ONE visit. My advice, dont sign up for the monthly plan. Try one treatment and see if you want to proceed with them

I'm embarrassed to say that we went a good two years dealing with lots of roachy bugs and just hoping they were in the house from a kitchen remodel or that it was seasonal or that they just go away. We were new to Greensboro and not used to the bugs here. A roach dropping on our bed was the final straw. Neighbors recommended PMI and we got on the schedule right away. Anthony is our technician and he was/is so kind and thorough. He explained everything about what to expect - what's normal and what's not - and he inspected all around our house and attic and gave us a detailed list of recommendations to keep bugs out. He makes us feel like he really cares about our family and is always so nice when he comes to do the servicing. Everything has been handled very professionally by PMI.
Pests are never fun, but these people make it a lot easier to deal with. I've contacted them about a year ago for an on going service and they have great customer service both on the phone and in person. I then wanted to add a service and the worker had time to fit us in that day! I also have to say the price isn't bad either! And the service works! We don't see those unwanted pests anymore!

PMI has always done a great job with our pest control. We have the tri-annual service, which is nice because they will come back out if anything comes up between visits. We also do the mosquito maintenance which, while it is more expensive than others, we have noticed a huge difference during the spring and summer months. Anthony is a great representative of PMI. He is very professional and accommodating.

very unhelpful company especially towards veterans. all they care about collecting their money. they could help a veteran with a simple help and all they could focus on was collecting their service fee first and did not even want to bother what was requested. A U.S senior veteran needed this company`s termite inspection services to finalize his home transaction ( this company did an inspection 4 months ago for this veteran , but we needed another one done because his loan took forever to fix the issues and get it to the final table so the termite report got expired) the first time veteran did pay this company`s services cost and so we called and see if they would allow to put the fee into the loan proceedings since the veteran does not have enough funds to cover the second inspection fee due to his fixed income ,and we spoke with 3 different reps they have and they rudely denied us and kept saying they require payment upfront to to do anything. just unbelievable the ethics this company has against a senior veteran that has served this amazing country. they would not allow a simple fee to be put in the loan so they would get paid a week later for sure from title company but they said it is the "COMPANY POLICY" that they require payment upfront. We told them the veteran already paid them 4 months ago, can you guys help a veteran out and they rudely denied, this is where it does bother me personally. Unbelievable money hungry people... Update : reply to the company response down below. You guys are complete liars. Nobody reached out to the veteran to fix the situation. Veteran had to borrow money in order to pay for your company's services so he can close his VA loan. You call that help? Veteran said he had no choice but to contact you guys back so he can get his updated report.

The property I live on is managed by Imperial Mgt in Winston Salem. I am nine months preggo and experienced a bad repoir from Imperial's maintenance; but the pest control guy was much more respectful, and understood what happened. He told me to calm down; and take it easy. He really made me feel a lot better. He was nice

Tim and Billie came out and got all of the pests out and I have not had any trouble since. These guys know their stuff and are always professional and polite.
PMI came out to seal my crawlspace after I had seen their work on a customer of mine's home. I was impressed initially, which is why I had them prepare a quote for my own home. Tim helped me out and was straight-forward and knowledgeable. The guys did a good job during installation, and then Tim came back to do an inspection of their work after they were done to make sure things were right. I actually crawled down there myself to inspect and I was very happy with the work done. I recommended PMI to a friend shortly after, and they too used PMI to get their crawlspace sealed. I highly recommend PMI to anyone when the issue of crawlspace sealing comes up.

Had a bat in my attic. PMI responded within an hour even though I had no prior relationship with the company. The price for the removal of the bat was very reasonable. The technician stayed after removing the bat to discuss how the bat got in and offered tips on what I could do to myself to combat the problem. He indicated that there was no need based on one bat to get a more extensive bat inspection. Unlike a lot of pest companies, there was no upselling. I was totally impressed.
Billy Tesh came out to look at a house that we have under contract and he provided great service and fit us into his schedule. He gave good advice and we couldn't be more grateful!

PMI installed our sealed crawlspace when we built our home in 2017. They have been very courteous and professional each year that we have seen them for the follow up inspections. We anticipate continuing to work with them to maintain our home.

Pest management has been wonderful and we have had them as our pest control and termite control since before 1991. We very seldom have any problems with pests but if we see ants or earwigs, they come to retreat right away. Thomas has been our service representative for many years and does a fantastic job. We usually only treat the outside because we have had pets and now grandchildren but Thomas know where and how to treat outside so we have no problems inside. I called Pest Management Systems, Inc. requesting information about pest services concerning a particular insect I was seeing in my rental property. The receptionist was very knowledgeable concerning the insect with regards to how they breed and their season for egg hatching. She also advised me of alternative approaches to handle the situation. I really appreciate the fact that Pest Management Systems, Inc. did not attempt to sell a service that probably would not have provided the results I wished (like other popular pest control companies in my area attempted to do). I will definitely consider Pest Management Systems, Inc. in the near future.
I love this company. They installed a new door on my crawl space and a new dryer vent and made sure that my crawl space vents were all sealed good. They did an amazing professional job.

PMI s office and field staff have always been friendly, flexible, and professional. After experiencing PMI s excellent routine indoor maintenance service, it was PMI we turned to when a shower repair requiring excavation revealed a termite infestation. The Sentricon system PMI employed helped mitigate the problem quickly and the secure traps discreetly installed around the outside of the house are great for keeping termite bait out of range from our dog s snoot. During our annual treatments, the technician bravely performs a thorough inspection of our lovely crawlspace. We are then given a detailed report of the technician s observations. Having someone look around our shallow and hard-to-navigate crawspace is worth the price in itself. Our technician this year, Will, was friendly and conscientious to the point of double-checking to ensure the fence gate was securely closed so our dog could not get out. I must also give a shout-out to retired manager Cecil Pickler, whose warm heart and sincerity made me realize PMI was a company I could trust.
