All of the PMI technicians are professional, friendly, and responsive. I like the fact that once a Tech is assigned, he is always the same for each treatment. This way he s able to attack any ongoing issues with experience. In fact, with my quarterly treatments, all pests are under control. I also have a closed crawl space with PMI and the install and ongoing maintenance service has been excellent.
