Lovely college. Had the most wonderful time here. Awesome campus and a very well trained and supporting faculty. Nice classrooms. Canteen can be a bit cleaner and food can be more tasty. Else everything is good. Campus selections are ok ok. I recommend this clg if u r willing for quality education.

Perfect place to become an engineer. The management is very committed to ensuring quality. The faculty is of diverse interests and hence a great chance to explore multidisciplinary research. The college is still a newbie, but already climbing the ranking charts. However, at this time, what's best about the college is it's placement record, industry relationship (has an unparalleled incubation center and a horde of companies operating on campus); dedication to extra curricular activities and sports (have a look at the cricket ground, you'll be amazed) (Maaya - the annual intercollegiate techno-cultural fest is rated among the best fests in the city), potential research (has many VTU centers of excellence and is home to CORI - Crucible of Research and Innovation which plays host to cutting edge research) (many tenured professors with industry and research experience). Since it's still "new", there are not a lot of footprints in the sand here, the college encourages entrepreneurial thought and even funds them!

My rating is based on a video that I came across on YouTube , any institution profs should impart education and not stupidity ... The youth should stand against teachers who take things into their own hands ... Deeply disappointed in this institution.. #pathetic

The college can't do much when it is affiliated to a worthless university like VTU. Students here are trained to get marks rather than knowledge. There are amazing teachers in this college but there isn't much they can do when the university demands useless criteria such as attendance, assingments for marks etc. I am pursuing my M.C.A but it feels like I am in school. The admin office treats students like dogs. The college makes you feel like you are a complete loser because you are judged on the basis of the marks you get and the course you take. A person who knows more is treated like a dog whereas a person who scores more is treated like a God. A person who does B.Tech is a genius and a person who does M.C.A is a loser who isnt worthy of living as the former are more intelligent and the latter are just a bunch of dumb monkeys . Students dont get a say in any matter and if you do share your difference of opinions you are threatened to be not given attendance, marks, not being allowed to write externals etc and branded as unethical and disobedient. They give you a days worth of lectures on customer satisfaction, client relationship but they treat the students who are technically their clients, like dogs. One of the worst decisions I took in life was to join this college. 2 suggestions which might be helpful for whoever reads this review 1) Please don't join this college or any college affiliated to VTU. Times have changed and you can do certified and famous prestigious courses on online platforms like Udemy , coursera, udacity etc. Or go abroad and pursue education there. 2) If you hav already joined this college, then you are screwed and may God help you. Just make sure that u succeed in life and reach such a position that ur kids get a better source of education than the likes of this college HELL on EARTH .

This college is well known for its placement and nothing else!! Come to this college with zero expectations.Campus is amazing and nice to hangout with friends.College life is terrible here. I used to regret joining this college then i got used to it. This college doesn't encourage much cultural activities, so if you are a person with good dancing, acting and music skills, this college is definitely not for you. Faculties are average here, few faculties are really amazing and well qualified. For internal exam we have two computer based test which is not much effective in preparing for external exams. Faculties are in a hurry to complete the portions and there is no preparatory exams for external exam(vtu has preparatory). The syllabus will be completed 3-4days before external exam so u hv to really struggle to score good cgpa.Labs are good(cant complain). There are basketball courts, cricket field, football ground and tennis court, gym but we won't be having much time to play. Library is good. Minor course is offered from second year onwards which only few colleges is offering. Its a good initiative by this college this year. The best part of this college is food !! U get varieties of tasty food at college canteen at a very much affordable price. If the food wasn't good i would hv given 2/5 stars!. Bootstrap program is held for the 1st year, one week before college starts just to attract the freshers.Dont fall for that sh*t. But this program is worth attending. This is a honest review. Take my feedback about this college seriously.

No doubt, the college is great. But would you like to be in a place for 4 long years, where the people have absolutely no discipline and manners as to how to talk to students. I am not talking about faculty, they all are sweet. Its the accounts and the admin staff. Who are all a bunch of big a**h*les. They speak fine with u if u speak to them in Kannada. And if you argue with them, then they will make sure you have rough time. I regret joining this college. I wish these people didnt even exist. They made my life hell, as they hav done a to lot others. They think they run this place. Idiots.. I hope the management reads this. And takes some serious steps.

Good placement opportunities, some good faculty. The college is pretty strict in enforcing rules, some times it might feel it's too much The admin, and account sections are simply plain rude and treat students like cattle. The college surroundings are the worst, there's no where to go, no trees or shade nothing. If possible get into an autonomous University, the VTU stamp really hurts you everywhere and it's most experienced in placements where you are considered second class citizens compared to West campus students in Banashankari. But still you can say that overall placement opportunities are better compared to other VTU colleges.

The faculty members are good and strictly adhere to the course curriculum. The faculty members miss no classes. The teaching staff present is good. The course curriculum is well-spread across the years so that the students get the proper knowledge of theory along with the practical aspects. Infrastructure : The campus is good with a beautiful environment thus providing good scope for the academics and sports too. The internet facility is available in the hostels. There is a provision for indoor games, basketball, athletics, etc. The classrooms and the labs are well-maintained. Others : Intercollegiate youth fest, sports meet, are there annually. The government of Karnataka gives Vidyasiri, minority, SC/ST scholarships, and Jindal foundation scholarships are also available.

Brilliant College with exceptional placement in CS/ECE branch. Now it s completely under PES so there is absolutely no difference in the RR Campus and EC Campus. Even during VTU courses it had amazing placement background. The coding culture is really good and the college also offers a lot of clubs to take part in. Overall PES University is one of the best in the state of Karnataka especially for CSE/ECE students.

College infrastructure is wonderful with well-equipped classrooms, labs, seminar halls, a large two storey library, a spacious quadrangle/badminton court, a regular size basketball court with cement flooring, a football field with nets and a fully functional turf cricket ground (KSCA matches are often played here). The only drawback is the long and tiring distance between the main gate and the actual engineering building. It would be wonderful if the management can build an auditorium to host events. Nonetheless, it is a fun college with a diverse crowd and an extremely qualified and able teaching staff. The placements, in particular, is one area where PES can take major pride in. Numerous well paying companies visit the campus giving most of the students an array of opportunities. Core companies like Volvo, GE, Mercedes-Benz, and Schneider Electric also make appearances to hire students for the respective fields. The management and the principal/director, in particular, is pretty strict in terms of discipline. We were in our final semester of engineering and we were one day caught for bunking class and playing cricket and were suspended for 2 whole weeks which resulted in our attendance taking a huge beating considering the number of working days for final semester students is only two and a half in a week. To sum up, great college.

College....Really... This college is like strict primary school Where students must fallow lectures(own) rules. They prepare internal papers ...No words to say( getting average is dream for avg students) Attendance below 85%(parents must visit college) EC Department is heaven( )
