No matter how much you work hard, after some months they will fired you saying some non sense reason. Seniors are good but Management is worst including the CEO @sumitgosh of that company. The objective of our project was to create a simple yet responsive mobile application to display the inventory of the entire existing client s massive database. Best organisation to start your career in IT industry
Guys never join this(Globussoft) company. I have very bitter experience with this company. After taking seven roundof interview company hired me from bangalore & posted in his bhilai office in 4 lakh package. After complition of one month they terminated my services from company only on the very funny ground that your I. Q. level is low, While I was handingover them completed every task in the end of the day. Company is not being paid my salary for one month, Which is my hard earn money, they refer about agreement but I have gone through the agreement there is no such clause to hold the salary after termination on the ground of lack of I. Q. Company is exploiting his employee. They hired so many guys in package of 2.4 lakh but at the time of payment company is giving them only 10k per month. Without any exigencies or warrent of work, they compel to sit upto 1 am everyday and so many juniors are doing that, this the height of exploitation. therefor all the software engineer are requsted to boycott the company Remember we are ENGINEER NOT SLAVE.
