Hands down for Globussoft s management!! I already resigned a few months ago and completed the notice period too but due to this Covid-19 crisis, I ran out of money. Then, I had words with HRs who understood the situation and allowed me to work here until things become normal. Honestly, it s a big help for me! Hey guys, If you seriously want to build your career never ever join dis company. Specially GIRLS.

No matter how much you work hard, after some months they will fired you saying some non sense reason.

Seniors are good but Management is worst including the CEO @sumitgosh of that company. Its a realy rubbish experience to work there. Inshort they cheat with there employees.

You will nerver get your satisfactory salary and the most important thing its quite like a jail rather than a IT company.

If you want to learn then you can learn anywhere but guys plz dont ruin your career by joining that company.

The objective of our project was to create a simple yet responsive mobile application to display the inventory of the entire existing client s massive database. The team of Globussoft gave knowledgeable input about the designs and implementation of additional features. They also provided the understanding to bring invaluable experience to the project. That s all we needed. Hats off!!

Really satisfied by the quality of services I received from Globussoft. They were right on schedule, charged reasonable prices, were professional and courteous in dealings, & completed the project well before time. Plus, I never waited more than 10 minutes to get response from project manager.

Best organisation to start your career in IT industry

Guys never join this(Globussoft) company.
I have very bitter experience with this company.

After taking seven roundof interview company hired me from bangalore & posted in his bhilai office in 4 lakh package.

After complition of one month they terminated my services from company only on the very funny ground that your I. Q. level is low, While I was handingover them completed every task in the end of the day.

Company is not being paid my salary for one month, Which is my hard earn money, they refer about agreement but I have gone through the agreement there is no such clause to hold the salary after termination on the ground of lack of I. Q.

Company is exploiting his employee. They hired so many guys in package of
2.4 lakh but at the time of payment company is giving them only 10k per month.

Without any exigencies or warrent of work, they compel to sit upto 1 am everyday and so many juniors are doing that, this the height of exploitation.
therefor all the software engineer are requsted to boycott the company
Remember we are ENGINEER NOT SLAVE.
