College infrastructure is wonderful with well-equipped classrooms, labs, seminar halls, a large two storey library, a spacious quadrangle/badminton court, a regular size basketball court with cement flooring, a football field with nets and a fully functional turf cricket ground (KSCA matches are often played here). The only drawback is the long and tiring distance between the main gate and the actual engineering building. It would be wonderful if the management can build an auditorium to host events. Nonetheless, it is a fun college with a diverse crowd and an extremely qualified and able teaching staff. The placements, in particular, is one area where PES can take major pride in. Numerous well paying companies visit the campus giving most of the students an array of opportunities. Core companies like Volvo, GE, Mercedes-Benz, and Schneider Electric also make appearances to hire students for the respective fields. The management and the principal/director, in particular, is pretty strict in terms of discipline. We were in our final semester of engineering and we were one day caught for bunking class and playing cricket and were suspended for 2 whole weeks which resulted in our attendance taking a huge beating considering the number of working days for final semester students is only two and a half in a week. To sum up, great college.
