Fantastic service,
Same day repair on laptop power fault, would use again!

This is with reference to the store on North Street.

I took my laptop in as it had suddenly stopped work. Was told by the guy in there that it was probably the power socket and they ought to be able to have it back to me within a couple of working days.

Was told I would receive a phonecall once they had opened my laptop up to let me know exactly what the problem was and how much it would be. This never happened. I rang several times to speak to them, two times when I rang the person who answered the phone hung up on me half way through me trying to explain why I was calling. Each time I rang back I was told they were waiting for parts and would call me when they knew more. This never happened.

After they had had my laptop for over a week I went into the store on a Saturday morning to see what was going on. There was nobody behind the counter or anywhere else in the shop that I could see. I waited for ten minutes and even called through the open door to the back area of the shop a couple of times, but no response. I tried back half an hour later and there was still nobody there.





Now, I'm not telling you what to do, but if I ever have a problem with a computer again, I certainly won't be taking it to Personic.

Went to personic computers as my laptop had a virus and was unable to log in.

The service i received was brilliant!!! Their employee Emma was very helpful and the gentleman in the shop fixed my laptop in no time at a very reasonable price!!

I will be using them again and would recommend to my family and friends!

I spoke to a lady who works there (Emma, I think) she was very knowledgable in her job... deserves a pay rise.

Uncannily decent fellows who know their craft well. Provided a quick and considerate service at a very reasonable rate and with complete sympathy for my lack of technical knowledge. My PC works perfectly thanks to Personic.

I would happily use Personic again. They helped me choose a suitable replacement PC - no hard sell.
They were easy to deal with and met their self-imposed timescales for delivery and setup. A security setup problem was dealt with speedily in a friendly manner. Thanks guys.

I've had two repairs to my laptop now and I can highly recommend the service. Too many companies say they'll ring you back but don't - however I can honestly say that these people always do and it makes all the difference.

Just wanted to say Thank you to all the guys at Personic. My girlfriend was having problems with her laptop that wouldn't load windows. She took it into the guys at Personic and within 3 hours and for more than half of what she was quoted at another shop, her Laptop was back up and running good as new!!!
Great Service and a great price!! Would definitely recommend these guys!!
