Amazing place! We stopped by Persephone during our long weekend trip to the Sunshine Coast. The beers were great and they had an amazing outdoor space either on a regular open concept patio, grass and picnic style tables and even a mini sunflower field. The entire outdoor area is dog friendly which is always a plus.

Highly recommend people check this place out while touring around the area.

Had a great visit to Persephone Brewing Company before a ferry ride back to Vancouver. Enjoyed a flight (especially liked the cherry sour) at a picnic table surrounded by beautiful flowers. Will be back!

Love this brewery... actually, not just a brewery but a farm and incredibly welcoming. So cosy and a wander around the grounds really helps to relax and live in the moment. I will be back the next time I'm in Canada

What a great local spot for fresh beer and food. I love taking our guests to enjoy a beer here. It s a perfect spot for all ages, including kids who enjoy playing outdoors and running around. The staff is always friendly and the beer always delicious. Great to visit anytime during the year.

Sharing my experience at the 'can'. Wow, the stout is superb. What stands out is it's 'stoutier' in all respects than the leading brand one I shall not name. I also don't mind the bigger, bubblier head that you get from the well advised hard pour. I am so glad, as a Sunshine Coast resident, that I can support another great local beer.

This place is a hidden gem. So many beer choices, all were just perfect. Never had anything else but the beer, but this place is great for a quick beer. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Delicious beer, relaxed and cozy atmosphere, friendly staff. Happy hour - deal on the beer as well as food Yummy portobello mushroom tacos. There was also a meat option - can t remember what of. They have a hidden shuffleboard, some board games, as well as a challenging, incomplete puzzle on one of tables for anyone to try to assemble. Finished the night having a good chat and chuckles with some friendly locals around the fire pit great night.

Amazing sours!!! We stopped here while visiting and would highly recommend. Very friendly service, fantastic beers, good merch and cozy space. We took our beer to go, but they look to have a great outdoor space to enjoy as well. Family friendly. Thank you!

They were recommend by someone on the ferry. So glad we stopped. Beers are tasty unique and as local as they can get. The food truck served up very nice Fair. The people work were knowledge and really friendly. Would drop in on any travels through the area.

Amazing brewery, and definitely worth a visit! Great kids area for travelling families, and you are able to explore the gardens, listen to live music, and eat at the food truck. Their ginger kombucha is worth a try for sure. So good!

Good beer, customer service and nice location however when I went to fill a swing cap growler I was told that it was a "retail growler" and was not legally fillable under BC law. When I pointed out that I regularly get the same growler filled in Vancouver at many breweries and have never had a problem another employee clarified that it was just their policy. I get that Persephone wants to sell their own growlers but as someone who takes zero waste seriously, I don't want to have to buy bottles, cans or additional growlers when I have an entire collection at home including a Persephone growler.

Fantastic beer at a great price if you bring your growler with you. The food from the truck is also very good. You can get take away and take it to the ferry. If you don't have to hurry away, it's a beautiful location to sit and enjoy a beer, indoors or out.

We visited on one of the days when it was nice and quiet. From the really developed beer flavours I expected the place to be more upscale but it was kind of mixed. Nice inside of the barn, but a bit too country and not looked after around - chickens, weeds, old tires etc. The crowd was hip and laid-back as well. Beers is good as well.

Had a really underwhelming experience here. We called ahead to see if we could order food ahead as we would be arriving close to last call for the food truck. We were told the food truck was slammed busy and couldn t speak to us. The person on the phone from the brewery then cut me off to say that they had a huge line up and had to go. We decided to chance it anyway, as we d heard good things about the brewery from friends. We arrived 15 minutes later to a fairly empty brewery with dirty glassware everywhere. The vibe was unwelcoming and cold. The beer we ordered was refreshing and I d buy it again at the liquor store. However, I wouldn t visit the site again.

Fantastic. It's on a little farm in a big red barn only a minute or so away from the ferry. It's pretty great for kids if it's not too busy during the day. They've got chickens to check out for the little ones and great flights of beer and growlers.

Great selection of beers, friendly ambiance and amazing food. This place grows it's own hops, which is very unique. The seating is next to chicken coups, and we loved it. The rooster's crowing competed with the live band's play. We had calzone and pizzas, which were delicious, although a bit expensive.

Very pleasant experience. Relaxed atmosphere and good for maintaining social distancing. Beer was excellent! No food was available, except snacks, but understandable during Covid-19. Enough space outside for bigger group. Would definitely return.

Highly recommended!

Highly recommended!
Very relax atmosphere
You can take your beer and enjoy in a very intimate/seclude area in a grassy area. With shade.
Self served counter services.
Have not try the food.
Enjoyed great beer.

Excellent Craft Beer! The only problem we had in our group of four was trying to agree on which growler fill to get! We ended filling one growler with dark lager and the other with their cider. A great mix when alternating throughout the night. The place feels hip and modern. They also have a wood burning pizza oven for those side eats. If its your first time here, i suggest getting the tasting flight. I really enjoy breweries that have the option of a full tasting flight, but only the typical 4 glass pours are offered at Persephone. We'd gladly return!

Great little set up with local shops, feels like a farmers market. The tropical gin punch was disgusting though. Normally I love coming here and their beer but the punch tasted like watered down flat gin. Not worth $10.

This place is my own personal definition of heaven. The property and layout of the brewery is just so warm, welcoming, magical. The beer and food is delicious. The staff lovely. I really don't know what else you could ask for.

Unfortunately the Brewery has decided to partner up with Pacific Wild and Pacific Wilds attempt at demonizing and destroying commercial fishing families and our communities. We cannot support any establishment that Sells there product as we believe local businesses should be supporting locals not enviro groups that spread lies and misinformation to try and boost donations. Unfortunately really as our crews can pound back beer.

The aesthetic of Persephone brewing company is rustic and quaint. The farm is gorgeous, they have a great outdoor seating area. I loved the far side comics under the glass on the table, it was a really unique touch. I really enjoyed everything that I tried on the flight & we ended up leaving with a couple of different beers to bring home with us to try. If you re on the Sunshine Coast it s definitely worth a visit.

Such a great place for a family hangout pre ferry ride. Beer is great and a no-brainer! The food is good but they have a long way to go in terms of efficiency. Twice we have had to cancel our order and get our money back after the order took twice as long as they had estimated. Such a missed opportunity. They are leaving a lot of money on the table by not being able to make more than one pizza every 15 minutes (and not takeout boxes??) Not one thing on the menu seems to be made in advance? Today we arrived at 12:02 and it was by no means busy. Each dish we ordered was ready 25-40 minutes apart so no one could eat together and we had to cancel the last dishes. It seems like there is a serious operational challenge. Great topic of conversation though! Our whole group of 8 is discussing how baffling it is that it can be so right and so wrong. All while watching adorable baby ducklings :)

I attended the brewery farmer's market. It was really nice. For lunch, I had two small burgers with pulled pork. It was really good. The atmosphere is great throughout the brasserie and in the picnic areas.
It s a must see destination on the way back to Vancouver.
