Open until 8pm on a Thursday. By that they mean their lodgment machines are on and can't do anything outside of "normal banking hours".
Arrived in the building at 14:00 to avoid lunch time ques. Waiting 45 minutes with 3 people ahead of me. Only 1 staff member on the Cash and Foreign Exchange desk. Lovely new building with lots of consultation rooms and offices. All for show by the looks. Very negative experiences in other branches lately
I was in the building for about 30 minutes. The downstairs clerk was busy. The sign said consultation was also available upstairs - went upstairs and several members of staff just walked past me without interacting with me. Came back downstairs after waiting for about 20 minutes and nobody even smiling or saying hello as they walked past. The same clown from upstairs just looked at me and walked behind the desk and spoke to another customer - please train your staff not to be arrogant, incompetent morons and to be approachable, helpful and useful. Thanks!
lodgement machine was broken -literally took my cash, didn't give me any receipt and didn't transfer the money to my account. Only I noticed this, my money would have been gone.
Best job ever in here,,as in Christmas people don t buy anything let s close the bank for a week and no one to answer on the phone. Nice job
If i could give zero stars i would, the staff in this branch are unprofessional, rude and have no idea what they are doing. I am in the process of closing down my account, it is simply not worth the hassle and upset that they cause when you the customer are asking them to do what can only be described as simple tasks. The worst bank in Ireland without a doubt.
