Great deals and a friendly staff. We bought sweat shirts and sweatpants at a smoking good price
Walked into this location and was instantly greeted by one of the store managers, I believe his name was Brian. He had an awesome helpful attitude and made me feel like a valued customer right as I walked in. Great store experience. 10 out of 10
Variety is good but everytime I check out they have made a mistake and overcharged me. Better off shopping online.
Suzi was great helping us get set up with a bike. Checked everything out for us and made sure we were good to go.
Dick's is Dick's. It's pricey. It's selection is what it is.
This location mo longer carries fishing , & hunting gear. I was disappointed, but they directed me to the Brookfield location.
It's okay. It have the basic that a sports store should have. Wish there was a bigger selection to choose from.
Very small in store selection of anything. Staff isn't knowledgeable; that is if you can find someone in a department - not a cashier upfront. They're friendly though.
When I found someone on three different occasions I was told that I could try online to which I wonder why Dick's even has brick and mortar stores.
I had a question about golf shoes they brought one of there employees who is a golfer over to help me with my purchase that was very helpful making my decision I'll be back
Big but very unorganized. I could not find what I was looking for. And 4 of the works said hello to me, but did not offer any help? Hmmmm? Ordering direct from under armour.
Lots of Fourth of July specials going on great store good location
I was greeted at the door and received assistance. Great prices, friendly staff. Line started to get long and an associate immediately opened another register. Great customer service.
I was disappointed to learn that this location along with others within a certain radius of the city of Milwaukee were discontinuing firearms and ammunition sales. Closest location to offer a field and stream section is Grafton and frankly I d rather drive the extra 20 minutes to Cabelas because I know they ll always have what I need.
Coming from a hockey point of view, they have the cheapest gear only and it's not even worth what they are charging. I assume them that the rest of their sports stuff may be the same so, you're better off shopping a specialty store or online.
Huge store with everything from football to firearms. Staff was very friendly and willing to help.
Very helpful employees found what i was looking for
Fast and friendly customer service, made it easy to find all of the workout clothing.
The young cashier named Brian was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. By far, the best customer service I have experienced in a long time!
Good store, many different options to choose from! However, various departments could be better organized and the staff needs to be increased in order to service all of their customers. Aside from that the prices of thier gear are adequate but I generally only shop here when there is a sale!
Selection is not what I thought it would be. Women's selection of Bucks gear was atrocious. If you're going to get official team gear just go to official websites, the price difference is nothing.
Prices way too high. Employees are clueless. 0 stars
1st time in a Dick's and I was impressed with the selection - lots of great gear for "traditional" sports and a reasonable selection of outdoor hunting/camping/fishing gear as well. They also have a much larger selection of "team gear" (Brewers, Packers etc.) than most stores that don't specialize in it.
Try not to inconvenience the workers by actually needing their help or purchasing something.
I always find what I need here. Although a tad pricey it's always a good experience.
Very $$$$$, but did find what I needed on clearance rack
Sporting goods store without goods for all sports. No bowling section left us extremely dissatisfied.
Went to spend $1500 in company money for prizes for golf outing. While looking at locked up merchandise no one came to help us even tho we were standing right next to 3 employees. They were too busy watching the Olympics. When we brought the cart up to start ringing up the girl acted like we asked her to count martians & we were crazy. She was definitely NOT friendly. True it was near close but this was our third & last place to shop at. This was a typed company check & the amount on it was what we had to spend. The girl called the manager over because the register said "wrong amount" when she entered the check. We were over 3$ and some change due to tax. We would pay the overage in cash. The manager did not want to be bothered either & judging by his face & from what I heard he had no idea what to do to get the register to take the check. So he gave us a bunch of b.s. and told us telecheck wouldn't take the check. We have done this for fifteen years & never have had a problem. Of course this is the first time we went to Dick's for prizes. So we called the owner of our company & he was all set to give a credit card number over the phone & Dick's wouldn't take that either! Claimed he couldn't enter numbers had to physically have card. This is pure b.s. because when a machine can't scan a strip cashiers enter card numbers manually all the time! Also cards are entered into computers & over the phone to telemarketers & hotels etc. all the time. So. Not buying it. He also claimed his dad knew our boss but he still wouldn't take our money. We were shopping for multi million dollar company that does not bounce checks. He also claimed not to have any power but would not call his boss. My husband is a manager and employees are calling him all the time when he's off. So then he wants us to get the prizes the next day. Well that's the day of the golf outing! Either employees are there or they are busy because it's Sunday & it's everyone's DAY OFF! I was working at the golf outing. No one was available. Manager got very snooty & talked to me like he knew more about our business & hours than I did & said we could come back Sunday am. The girl said to him the earliest she'd be there was 8 am. So we checked in all the golfers & then instead of working the prize holes like we were supposed to we had to drive like the wind from Pewaukee to Dick's to pick up our cart of prizes, this time with the owner's credit card. Guess what? NO ONE WAS THERE!!! & it was 9:45 am. & they don't open till noon on Sunday! So we went to Dunham's on Hwy 100 & got MORE prizes for the same money & on top of that the manager (who luckily for us was there early because they weren't open yet either- she answered the phone & she let us in to shop) gave us a discount so we got even more prizes! & because we wasted our time trying to go to Dick's first & then at Dunham's we had to reshop for like prizes instead of just paying for prizes already picked out, we got back only shortly before prize time. So the whole outing wasn't a professional, organized company outing, it was disorganized and chaotic. So not only will we spend all of our sporting goods prize money at Dunham's AND NOT DICK'S but we will personally not be going to Dick's ever again. & neither will the owner of our company or the golfers at our outing & I also told the employees of the club we were golfing at. I told my parents & all 4 of my kids who are all in sports, dance, cheer & are starting to marry & have kids of their own and they won't go to Dick's again either.
Shop Dunham's. Better prices same or better merchandise. Friendlier employees.
Will give shout out to the man in the golf department. Very helpful and friendly and repeatedly told us to have a great outing. But he is older than the girl & the manager & knows what customer service should be. He should be the manager.
Dick's is appropriately named.
Good luck finding your size to all the guys out there who are smaller than an XL or XXL.
Great place to browse for supplies or apparel for just about any fitness activity you'd like. Has a huge shoe section in the back including a treadmill to test drive shoes with.
They no longer have a gun counter or sell ANY fishing gear. This store is pointless not. I'll travel the extra 15 minutes and go to fleet farm.
They didn't have anything I wanted their are enough local sports stores. If you want a gift for a friend in another state forget about it. They only sell home town stuff.
Friendly and efficient. I got swift service and s staff member gave me great suggestions for what to get a you g soccer enthusiast for a birthday gift.
I was greeted at the door, picked out what I neded, I tried it on, check out. Every encounter I had was awesome. I will definitely go back!
This young lady did a excellent job. She was helpful and professional and I'd go back again if the need arrives again. When you go out shopping you get anger. Clark's just look at you like you should know where everything is that thick me off. Give this young lady more responsibility so she can instruct others how to build your business.
Great service. Very helpful staff. Got the kid all set for the new baseball season.
Usually has whatever I am looking for in sporting goods items. Especially braces and such.
JULIE IS VERY RACIST!!! I was looking at cleats for my brother when she came and assumed that one of their employees the same color as my skin was my friend!! I hadn t spoken to this employee not once. So what would make her think that we were friends?! Then proceeded to tell her that I wasn t allowed to sit where I was sitting while I was otp with my mom trying to figure out which cleats to surprise my brother with!!! I ll never SHOP HERE AGAIN! Made me feel very uncomfortable!!
Didnt have XXL baseball gear, otherwise, they had what I needed
Items were marked as being on sale. When I went to check out I was told they were mis-marked and not on sale. After a big pain in the neck conversion with a manager, he reluctantly agreed to honor the price.
Was glad they had some womens wide running shoe options to try on. They arent always easy to find.
Overall I like DICK'S Sporting Goods. I wish I had one right in town. Selection this trip was a little disappointing. I should of picked up gear earlier in the year. Knowing retail and the seasonal changes, I should of known better.
High prices, and it's set up more like a clothing store with a couple of things for sporting goods
Lots of stuff. Sports Dept store with emphasis on sports wear.
Too Expensive! O over priced but nice sporting attire and equipment for one that could afford it.
Pretty good store for all sports goods and running stuff
Clean store with good selection.
Items are overpriced, if you can wait a few days just order online. Also I was in store for over 20 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged me do service does not appear to be their thing.
Needed shin guards and soccer shoes for my granddaughter. Lots of choices and two helpful sales people got us what we wanted.
Cleanliness, kindness, and good customer service.I will definitely be coming back....
I received a friendly greeting at the entrance. A sales associate walked me directly to the item I was looking for. In and out within minutes. Clean and organized store.
Dont usually post reviews but what a disappoint! Was looking forward to a sporting goods store right around the corner where I could pick up my hunting and fishing needs. They only had a couple rows of fishing stuff, and no hunting items anywhere. Left disgusted.
