Perlora has a wide array of great custom furniture with a unique style like nothing I've seen before. They have something for every person with any taste of furniture. Quinn was very pleasant, showing me around and telling me a little about the current successes of the company to date as well as their plans for the future, which seem to be very promising. If you are looking to find a stylish new addition to your dorm, living room, kitchen, or any room for that matter, take a visit to Perlora. You won't be disappointed.

Joel was extremely gracious and helpful during our time in the store, as were the rest of the staff. During our experience, he took the time to make sure that we had all the information pertinent to our purchase, and went so far as to discuss the appropriateness of certain colors and materials for our purposes. At no time during the process did we feel rushed or pressured in any direction, and it was a pleasure being a patron. I would highly recommend Perlora to anyone in Pittsburgh looking for quality furniture, made in the U.S. and Canada.

Love PerLora! Excellent customer service from Quinn - it was our first time in, and Quinn did a great job educating us about the different brands they carry and which could be good options for our needs. We ended up purchasing an Italian leather sofa we fell in love with when we first walked in the door, and Quinn was very thoughtful in helping us choose a leather option with durability that would work for our family, and a color to match our palette. We certainly underestimated the amount of time we would want to spend at the store; there were so many great pieces displayed around the multi-level layout. We will definitely be working further with Quinn on more of the pieces we need to furnish our new home!

Jennifer offered us great assistance while planning for our.family room furniture.
She came to our home to measure the space and discuss our vision. Because we needed the furniture to 'fit' a tall family member, she had to research brands that would assist with a custom fit.
Then the pandemic arrived and planning was put on hold for months. When we were able to resume shopping, Jennifer had total recall of our shopping needs. Styles and special brands were pointed out to us and there was no wasted time. It was a pleasure. Excellent service.

Perlora Furniture is like nothing else in Pittsburgh. After visiting every furniture in the city and surrounding areas , Perlora is like no other. The pieces are works of arts and the quality is amazing. Investing in these timeless pieces will make your home stand out. Jessica helped us through the entire process , she is not only knowledgeable, helpful but incredibly friendly. We were able to look at the store on our own time w out pushy salesman. Chic , Elegant and High Quality!

You should definitely look here if you want to buy furniture. You may not find what you like, but there is a good, funky, weird, nouveau selection, and you never know... Check it out!

Working with professional designerJennifer Moore was a great experience. Rather than a high pressure sales experience she guided us through the buying process by pointing out pros/cons of different styles, fabrics, and furniture choices. She was a wonderful resource and guided us to the perfect furniture fit for our space.

Excellent quality and service. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. I've shopped at this store several times and no matter what kind of day I'm having or what kind of day it is outside I find that your store is a calming, aesthetically pleasing place to be.

We were in the market for new dining tables and chairs Perlora had a nice selection of different designers and materials. We must have sat in every chair on two or three visits. Patty was super patient with us and helped us make a decision. The delivery process was smooth as well

Find store, lots of interesting showcases but way too modern and kitchy for my liking.

Love the fact that they don't carry run of the mill styles. Great quality coupled with ingenuity for small spaces, which is what I was looking for. The employees at both Perlora's Leather in the Strip and Perlora on East Carson were low pressure while being very helpful.

Working with Jennifer was fantastic. She took me through the store's vast selection and once we settled on the style of the dinning room table, she took our tastes and color preferences into consideration and came up with the perfect combination. I contacted her again to help me select matching chairs. This time our communication was entirely online. She sent me emails with every color combination I was considering (and samples by mail) and once again I am confident we made the best choice possible.

A little pricey but they have such good quality things here. I got a present for one of my best friends here and she absolutely loved it. It was a last in stock too. My absolute favourite part is Cooper the labradoodle that's here sometimes!! Such a gorgeous dog!

To rave about PerLora's exquisite lines of furniture without a mention of PerLora's fantastic designers, would be to the likening of painting a picture of a beautiful sunset without the shading in of the dimming sun. My wife Mary Lou and I are very pleased with the help and decorating suggestions that have been offered by our PerLora Designer Quinn Brant, and we feel we have met our perfect match to meet our selective taste.

As a returning customer, I always value the quality of product at Perlora, the amazing selection and the wonderful, personable customer service. This experience, ordering an American Leather sofa sleeper with Patty, was clear, simple, and a lot of fun.

Awesome experience. Found this Thayer sectional on their website, contacted Perry he helped find shipping and it was delivered 2,000 miles away. That says something that we would prefer to do business with someone 2,000 miles away. Even with shipping it was a lower price point than anything else we found in our area. Thank you the sectional is beautiful.

Gabbi was incredibly friendly & personable. She answered all our questions and took the time to show us different fabric options, while providing her recommendations. I ordered several pieces through Perlora after visiting both of their locations. Jennifer was extremely helpful (along with the rest of the staff and ownership) and made great suggestions. There were shipping and manufacturing delays due to COVID, but I was kept updated on the pieces and they delivered them fast. The delivery staff was polite and careful. I wouldn t hesitate to do business with either Perlora location again.

I drove to PerLora from North Central WV after finding it on Google when searching for a new sleeper sofa I was not disappointed!

Purchased a great atomic-style lamp to match others I have purchased I'm the past. Most recently needed a replacement part. Left an online message and Perry himself responded immediately (and on a holiday, no less)...he ordered the part I needed and provided me with a temporary part for pick up the next day. Perry totally went above and beyond for me!! This type of customer service is unheard of these days. He was the best! And so were each of his employees, just the best!
