have a pequea rake and needed to get a part in the middle of hay. bought is from the Kubota dealer, they tried hard to help but the pequea people did not respond to them. it has been over 7 days and still do not have the part. When i fix the rake it will be sold and will be buying a new Kubota rake. Told everyone I know about the poor service and quality of this rake. dont waste your money on a rake by pequea!

It's the greatest business I have ever visited, everyone is so nice, especially that 18 year old kid who makes the logos and decals for the company, he's very handy and gets along very well with everyone. The owner is hilarious and friendly, and everyone is friends with each other. The employees do everything they can, even take vacation days to help you fix your problems. I'm even going on a vacation in one or the employees vacation home!
