The staff are pleasant. i have never had a bad experience here. they are a one stop shop for all your Honda motorcycle needs. They also have a good selection of accessories and what you can't find they will gladly bring in for your. Parking here is great...Even when they are busy I never have a problem finding a spot. And they are the right size for all vehicles...trucks, cars and bikes

Great parts and service department!

The place to go for motor cross needs. Jared and his team hooked up the kids with their set up for the year. Fast, friendly service, and great pricing. Would recommend anyone looking for gear or bikes, or anything related to go check them out.

They have a very limited skillset in the service department. Can't imagine how much money these guys have lost not wanting to do simple oil changes on non Honda bikes or anything older then what, a decade? Not sure what the guy that answers the phone in the service department is capable of but as of right now he's incapable of keeping business. I'll make sure to pass that on as well.

We really enjoy meeting knowledgeable sales people whenever we're looking for a product. We recently upgraded to a new 2019 Goldwing Tour. Awesome product!! Great experience dealing with JP Tremblay and Adrien Lemoine. The people in the apparel department we courteous and willing to help get us all suited up in some new riding gear! Just picked up the new Honda Pioneer 700-4 today. I can only speak in superlative terms about this store, probably the best Honda motor sport outfit in Alberta in my opinion. Great experience from the initial contact, through no pressure sales, modifications, and final delivery. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful service oriented personnel. The GM is one of the most responsive, courteous, responsible sales persons I have ever met. Competitive prices, timely installation and workorder completion despite the supply chain difficulties every dealership is experiencing during the current Covid "panicdemia." What can I say, I wouldn't shop anywhere else for Honda sport equipment.

The parts department.... awsome. The service department terrible I will never use this store after my experience with the guy at the service counter. The service counter could learn something from the parts counter.

The best decision I have made was getting ahold of jp he has made the process of making my dream sxs a reality I recommend them to everyone now thx guys
