Beware of SRO tickets. You will think you are getting Suite seats but you have to stand in the back of the suite where you can't see the game. I very nice place otherwise and lots of fun to enjoy a game at.

Came early and they wouldn't let us in but we had a really good time at hockey game. Parking and signage outside were confusing, I thought, but no problems with anything from security to concessions to seating. If we could have come inside we probably would have bought a souvenir or two. Overall great time! Love the Avs.

Love the Pepsi center. Just went to a nuggets game a few weeks ago. Regardless of how much you can spend I feel like theres no bad seats. And parking isn't to bad compared to some other venues I've been to.

Always fun time be it for hockey games concerts or whatever. Wide range of concessions include hot dogs and burgers to mini donuts and burritos. High end spirits available and craft beers available in addition to the cheap watery beer (my preference). Free parking if you get there early enough about a 5 min walk away across train tracks over by Elitch's amusement park.

Loved the activities on the ice between periods. Good atmosphere. Too bad Blues could not win, but Avalanche fans were not mean. Seats were comfortable. Did not buy a y souvenirs or food.

We attended Disney On Ice on 12/8/2018.

I haven t attended a Pepsi Center event since probably 2011, so they ve done some upgrades since then.

I have a 3 year old son who has Autism, and accompanying sensory issues. I ve been hesitant to take him to an event like this due to (1) the amount of people, (2) the noise, and (3) the fact that if he got overwhelmed we would be stuck in our seats.

After we went through the metal detectors, I had to find a place to get resituated. By sheer accident, we ended up by the Lost & Found. I noticed a sign that said Sensory Bags Available. I was curious as to what was in a sensory bag, so I asked. The woman at the desk said a sensory bag contains a set of earmuffs, some fidget toys and a lanyard with a pass on it that is worn around a parents (or the person who has the bag), around their neck that shows the may need to leave unexpectedly. That gives someone who gets overwhelmed by a group or the noise the opportunity to get up and leave, take a break on the concourse if needed. She said they just started doing these and they re available for all events at the Pepsi center. You just need to give an ID as collateral, and when you turn the bag back in you get your ID back.

The other thing that happened was after the show started, my son got upset and threw his headphones down. There was only one row in front of us, and I didn t see where they had gone. A staff member saw what happened and where they had gone (under the seats in front if us) and swept in to save the day (in the middle of the performance).

I am completely impressed with the staff and the accommodations that they ve made with welcoming people with sensory issues into their venue.

I'm an away fan (Arizona Coyotes) and received little hassle from the local fans even as we went into overtime. Beer options a plenty and fast moving bathroom lines, it was an enjoyable venue.

I love seeing the Avs here! Or a concert! Great lighting and sound and just a fun atmosphere whatever you are there for. Easy to get to from I-25 and ample parking. A great arena!

The management of this facility is completely inept. Over 35 minutes to get to the concession stand... before the show... and during the show. I paid $150/ticket for a concert ticket and it is nearly impossible to get food or drink. This is a sold out show and about 25% of the concessions stands are closed down. Why? I would recommend any other venue than this.

I mostly go here for avalanche games and some concerts. Pepsi Center is the best sporting arena in the nation I believe they really do a good job making the fan experience great, especially during avalanche games it's always clean and safe in a great environment and not a badd seat in the house, also pretty affordable considering where I came from

We are there about 2 times per week. Excellent customer service! 1st and 3rd levels have amazing homemade lemonade which is cheaper than the soda. Get the pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich from the melt vendor (don't know the exact name). Always a great experience!

Had so much fun with the girls at the nuggets game. Our first professional basketball game with a DJ at halftime. We were the only ones who cared about that but had fun in the nosebleeds. Plus lots of exercise walking up and down those stairs.

Awesome game at an awesome arena! We sat in the balcony seats, which were surprising comfortable and we had a great view. $22 for two beers, which was not bad for a sporting event. We will definitely go again!

They changed food vendors and dont have as much to choose from on the 2nd floor plus they got rid of the in-seat service on club level. They are providing less and charging more for tickets.
