Always a great time. The arena staff that delivers food always seem to be a bit overwhelmed and do make mistakes. Overall always a good experience though

Great facility. Nuggets game had lots of energy. Fan friendly.

It's a large stadium with over priced food and drinks.

So many memories! Love coming here! Not a bad seat in the house. At the Avs-Preds playoff game last year ran into Milan Hejduk and shook his hand in the hallway on the way out! VERY cool guy!

Ability to check motorcycle helmet was very helpful, items can be checked at will call area!

The nosebleed seats were ok but it was ungodly hot during a Coldplay concert.

This place was just great! The parking lot cashier was even fantastic as were all the ushers we encountered. A really nice venue and I will be back again and again

The Pepsi Center was great! The access to the Center was easy and fast to find seats.

Clean, accessible, and mostly efficient. Hosted business event food and drinks were good. Just need better signage outside to help those waiting to enter concert. In a sea of people special access lines weren't necessarily clear.

Great multipurpose arena, hosting hockey, basketball, lacrosse, arena football, and concerts near the heart of Denver. Nice seats, great location, and pleasant atmosphere.

Don t ever care to attend here again. LONG lines to get in, very restricted design with what seems like one enterance and exit. They need more doors open for guests to enter and exit. Other stadiums will have doors surrounding the whole building rather than one-two doors for everyone to enter. Very closed off and restricted feeling.

Watched the Avalanche beat the Nashville predators great game.

Clean space, clear markings, easy to get in and out!

The great Joe Sakic, Patrick Roy, Ray Bouquet played here.. Then Mr Hejduk, started & retired with us .. need I say more???? This is a 10 star place

Groban was the WORST Concert possible! Total waste of time and money!!!!

Went to the Colorado Avalanche game last night and it was quite almost a sell out crowd as announced for the game. My large party and I sat in the third level and had a great time viewing the game with a more overhead view. For a sports game venue, the seats were comfortable enough, the concessions of course were sadly outrageously priced(as to help pay some of the $$$millions of dollars for these players salaries,) the arena is in good/mostly clean shape, the staff were friendly and even giving fans high fives upon leaving in excitement from the win, and the parking was relatively easy getting in/out. The only issue is the narrow space to move in between the rows to get to your seat is more challenging than other arenas I have attended.

We went to see Emily King opening for Sara Bareilles October 18th 2019. We needed to get to Will Call to pick up some passes.
The Red Jacket Ambassadors or Guest Services Representatives that are EVERYWHERE are the heart of this facility. Charles, a tall gentleman with excellent guest service skills took us from the Rav4 East side to the Will Call Box office for our passes. After running into more family of Emily King and chatting, we had to get to our section. AGAIN, Charles took us to our section with care, kindness and good stories of him being an Air Force Retiree of Lowery.
All the Ambassadors in our section helped us get to the floor and to stage right security with such politeness. Stage right security in a black uniform and a very big gentleman explained we needed another security with our VIP passes.
Emily came to get us. The security back stage was so nice and kind to us. I worked in the five-star hotel industry for 30+ years including the Executive Chef for Workd Arena Colorado Springs, these Red Jacket ambassadors and security of the Pepsi center are excellent with guest services. The staff at the Rav4 parking were respectful and pleasant.
We felt safe with 15,000 people and had a BLAST! Excellent staff Pepsi Center !!

Always great people! Ample parking if you do your research! Decent concert venue without massive "deadspots" for sound. Loved the show and the Pepsi Center.

Go Avs! The parking and traffic are terrible but watching a hockey game makes it all worthwhile!

Great place for events. Have been there for hockey and basketball games. Parking is sufficient and easy. Last time we parked we were surprised to see that it was $20 in cash for parking or $15 for paying with a card. Right off of I-25 easy to get on and off of the freeway. Traffic clears quickly.

10 dollar beers. 20 dollar parking. Million dollar tickets. Hour long lines for everything. At least the entertainment is good.

Saw Ed Sheeran and Ariana Grande here and could not have been more impressed with the staff. My Ed Sheeran tickets happened to be in an area they were working on and it was very simple to get new tickets and enjoy the show

I paid $2000 for VIP tickets and they closed the bathroom before we had even gotten out of the building. Every aspect was over complicated. Great acts come through here but clearly customer service is not their most important feature. Way to drop the ball, Pepsi Center. Obviously bathrooms would be too much. Would not recommend.

Great venue! Came here to watch an Avalanche game. This place is electric when the Avs play!

Went to see a nuggets game last night and sat in the very last row of the arena and the view and atmosphere was still amazing. The multiple jumbotrons make replays and watching the action a lot of fun, especially for hockey games. The crowds are always great and the staff is friendly.

It's hard to believe the Pepsi Center is over 20 years old! Beautiful facility. I love the huge big screens. There is not a bad seat in the house! From lower level to the upper bowl seats! The Loge/Club seating is amazing. Clean and not crowded level, that I enjoy!

It was fun to go see the avalanche and stuff, but long walks from the car and poor food selection being down the rating. Not to mention the cleanliness of the seats and how 50% of the times I'm walking on a floor, my shoes are sticking to it.

Amazing time on the club level, staff was very friendly and everything was clean

Pepsi Center is always fun. They now have a WiFi to connect to and you can finally access Facebook to share pics of the event you're at.aking it much nicer!

Pepsi Center: 5 stars. Ball Arena: too embarrassing to say aloud

Best experience at a sporting event in a long time...AND the Av's beat the Blackhawks!!!

Great accommodations. Very fun times going to hockey games here!

Friendly staff and clean but a bit more room for the handicap.

People smoking marijuana ruin the experience. Security does nothing about it. Used to be great.

Elton John?! What more is there to say? Quality acts & the best views & sound from anywhere in the place, at least for a venue of this size.

I like the atmosphere in the Pepsi center. Also the ushers I guess you would say they are very professional.

WONDERFUL place to visit and see artists and all kinds of neat activities each season.

This is a decent stadium. Not much different than any other stadium. However, there are very few food options: chicken tenders, fries, hotdogs, pretzels, pizza, nachos, candy, dipping dots, and popcorn. I may just be spoiled by the stadium in my state which has restaurants in it, such as Outback.

The arena is built in a way that there's no 'bad' seat. Especially the way that Carrie Underwood did her 360 show it was amazing. Oh and my wife LOVED the separate area to get Pepsi cause she didn't want to wait in line for concessions just you get a soda!

Amazing, loud music loud crowd! Great place to be for a first game!!!
