Hated it had to wait outside in the cold would let me inside

Good venue for basketball games. The services offered (particularly in food and drinks) are very good. Unique food for sports games (such as veggie dogs). Good experience overall. Good sports venue.

4th time here. Very accommodating venue! The suites are always great! Just be prepared to spend

I have traveled to Denver twice in the past two years to see concerts in Denver. Just saw Rush tonight. Saw them two years ago with my 6-year old daughter. We had front-row seats on the main floor, in one of the side sections, about 15 rows back. Our seats were right next to the stairway ascending all the way up to the top of that section. We had a really nice usher stationed there. She was very sympathetic to the fact that my daughter was only 6, and that this was her first concert. Other ushers passing by, however, took every chance to bark at my daughter for anything she did that they considered to be "against the rules". It was to the point of being stupid. Even the usher stationed there freely admitted that most of the other ushers took every chance to harass people. Thanks to her, and her only, we still had a great time, in spite of the other Hitlers calling themselves ushers.

Fast forward to tonight. Tonight I was - literally speaking - physically assaulted by no fewer than FOUR different ushers. I had an aisle seat about 20 rows back. I had a guy standing directly in front of me. I asked him before the show how tall he was. He was 6'7" As far as I could see, he was the tallest guy on the main floor out of thousands. In any case, as ALWAYS happens at EVERY concert, everyone in the aisle seats moved over into the aisle. In order to see the stage, I had no choice but to be in the aisle. To put this into perspective, when I saw Rush in Dallas in Nov. of 2012, Rush video-recorded that show. I was 4th row in front of the stage, on the aisle. You can see me in the Blu-Ray video of that concert. We had video crews up and down the aisle, and we had ushers asking us to not over-crowd the aisle. Nevertheless, if you watch that video, you will see people in the aisle! BIG F-ING DEAL! Were we blocking the aisle?? NO. OF COURSE NOT. Again, we we had camera crews up and down the aisle, and we had press photographers up and down the aisle taking photos of the band, too. No ushers were physically harassing us, and everyone had a great time.

Tonight, standing in the aisle, with my leg against my chair (in other words, I wasn't blocking the aisle in any way), I had 4 different ushers who continuously walked down the aisle, coming up from behind me, shoving me or elbowing me, and then scolding me about being in the aisle. ONLY ME. I explained to those pieces of filth that I had a tree standing in front of me, and that the guy across the aisle from me was very wide and easily weighed over 400 lbs. He was also in the aisle. None of the ushers EVER shoved him, elbowed him, or scolded him. For that matter, there were people up and down that entire aisle who were in the aisle as far, or farther, than I was. No one else was being assaulted.

Finally, a really nasty, ugly usher, with severe acne scars, shoved me from behind, and then began yelling at me, telling me that I had already been told to get in front of my seat and out of the aisle. At that point, I was done. I told him to go f*** himself and to get a supervisor immediately. He told me that he was going to do just that so that he could throw me out of the venue. I told him to call the police immediately, because I was pressing charges against him for assault. He got his supervisor. They both arrived, and the ugly moron began yelling to his supervisor that my "@$$" needed to be thrown out immediately. The supervisor turned to me and told me that I needed to leave, because I refused to obey orders to get out of the aisle. At that point, I read that fat-@$$ the riot act, and DEMANDED that he call the police immediately, and made explicitly clear why I was going to sue him, his employees, and his company. I had video footage of everything that was going on. He was in deep $h*t, and he knew it, so, he let me stay! Filthy scum ushers, Pepsi Center. I will NEVER go there again for ANY event. WORST VENUE IN THE U.S., and I've been to many DOZENS. Pepsi Center is a disgrace to the truly great city of Denver.

The upper concessions closed right after half disappointed in that.

Pepsi Center is fantastic. They go out of their way to help their guests whether it's a game or concert.

Always been a wonderful venue, been well maintained.

Parking, or trying to get a cab/uber/lyft, can be a nightmare, but it's a beautiful center for lots of different venues, clean and well kept.

This was so amazing. The location is fanrastic. Parking garage wasn't bad. Make sure to bring the parking slip with to pay. Everything is well marked.

Great seating arrangements. Over priced like any major event center or stadium. Easy layout.

Went and saw Elton John. He put on a wonderful show.

I have never had a bad experience with the direct staff of Pepsi Center. Which is pretty darn good considering how big they are. Everyone knows where everything is, they always apologize for the performers when they start late. I'm never annoyed with waiting too long outside by the time I get to security check, because everyone at the ticket scanners are SO nice.

Really fun night watch a Hocky game and the crowd was outstanding

Once you get in the stadium is a great place to watch a game. Unfortunately win or lose getting out is always ruins the experience. 20,000 people all exiting though one area is brilliant.

I really enjoyed watching the kendrick concert. Not my favorite venue by a long shot. Don't love the basketball games as much because the jumbo tron is so big you end up staring at it the whole time. Might as well of watched the game at home.

Went to an NHL game. Super weak vibe. Stadium was quiet and no music.

Well laid out venue. Clean and staffed with friendly, helpful people. Great for concerts and games.

Events are great. Seen many concerts here. Only complaint is that beer is 14$

The seats are really tight. I'm 6'6, so almost all stadium seats are too small, but they are especially so here.

Wow, what an experience to listen to Elton John concert at the Pepsi Center. The whole place was rocking. We could actually feel the arena shake.

Great place to see concerts and hockey games. There does seem to be some basket ball stuff around but Denver doesn't have a pro b-ball team. Strange...

I've seen many games and concerts here, the Pepsi Center is a great place.

Huge and amazing architecture. Went there for the Boston Rockets vs Nuggets game, crowded as hell, bustling as can be. The security was nice, but had a few dumb rules (that they still recognized as dumb) like no wallet chains - had to hide it outside. But overall, great experience

Great venue hands down. Drinks cost an arm and a leg but expected. Staffing berry friendly. The smoking section is horrible. Very small and out of the way.

The sound guy at this venue is awful. The board was literally clipping and still he would not fix it. Not sure if he was an intern or what but they need to fire him and get someone with actual skills. The sound was so horrible it literally hurt my ears. You couldn't even hear talking clear on stage.

Went here for an avalanche game. Well stocked restaurants, clean and looks well kept and the bathrooms were kept as clean as possible with so many people! Great location.

Pepsi Center is probably one of my two favorite arenas besides T-Mobile arena in Vegas.

Breckenridge brewery has a great restaurant just off court.

Great game of nuggets, enjoyed with my family. Fun for all ages.

Went for Roger waters concert ... loved the place ... great indoor stadium

$15 for a beer!? That's ridiculous. Pricing is way too high and $6 for fries. Not cheap or frugal, but you should be able to have a drink and a snack while you enjoy your event. We basically paid more than our tickets, to relax and enjoy.

Beautiful stadium. It's a great location, just off downtown in walking distance. The transportation is nice if you are staying anywhere downtown, just walk to 16th street and take the free bus until that stop and then its a short walk after that.

Atmosphere: 5/5 It has a good fan base. The presentation is very nice with the huge video board and light up court during timeouts and the home team intros.
Seats: 2/5 They have nice cushion but they are very narrow.
View: 4/5 Its has a deep baseline section due to the hockey configuration, but it's a beautiful arena with the balconies.
Food: 4/5 They have actual nice snacks from a stand called Simply Nuts I like. The pizza wasn't great though. Plenty of food options on all levels.

Great venue to see hockey, basketball, or a concert!

Took uber so dont know about parking but the stadium was nice.

Took my darling to see Transiberian Orchestra for Christmas gift. Awesome show. The restrooms were even clean and had tp!

Been here twice now beautiful venue and honestly getting in and out after shows was very quick. Prices seem reasonable considering but nothing to complain about. Wasn't my first time and won't be my last.

Great experience! Parking was easy (cheaper with a credit card over cash), and the ladies bathrooms never had a line. It is a long walk to get to the stadium from the parking lot, but thats pretty typical! Would recommend bringing strollers or wheelchairs for those who get tired quickly. Food & drink are overpriced, but also typical of a stadium event! Seats, despite being in the nose-bleed section, did not feel like nose-bleed seats except for the VERY limited leg room. View of the court was great, was a fun place to watch the Nuggets take home a win!
