It was nice talking to Shirley Tan as she is warm, professional and communicating with emphaty. I am also surprised that I received an email for customer satisfaction survey, things that seldom I found after dealing with the executive search companies. I believe this is a good sign from People Search showing how they value the voice of customers. Thumbs up !
