Worst customer service ever. Can not get a hold of...

Worst customer service ever. Can not get a hold of anyone. Sat on hold for over 8 hours in one week. They will suspend your licsense and tell you they can t accept a fax or email with proof of payment. I switched jobs and it took a few weeks to update the information and then they suspend your licsense and force you to pay 2 months. Then your 20 day response time is ate up by sitting on hold and their 3 business days to call back. Disgraceful to think they want people to work but suspend your licsense because you switch jobs.

Ive been in there so many times and there are some who are rude and you just have to over do them with kidness. I believe they are unorganized because they put my money which i have been on time for a long time into another account. Which becuase of that mistake i almost lost my license and my job. Good thing im on track of where my money goes. I know they are extremely busy and have a lot going but dont treat customers like animals. If u dont like ur job quit and give that position to some one else whos willing to work and do a better job.

The worse!!! The reps either don't know what they're doing or they don't care to do their job. Never had any issues with getting my child support until my case was switched to them. They need some new employees or better training for the ones already there.

The workers are so rude and this place is so unorganized. Everytime they request paperwork I send it but they claim they never received it, when I send it to where they tell me to. When you call whoever answers the phone has the worst attitude. They never call you back when they tell you they will. This office is the worst I have ever had to deal with.

Still haven't received my child support which was ...

Still haven't received my child support which was taken from child's father taxes, every Time I call they never know why I haven't received it yet. On top of that I've been calling for 2 hours and the phone keeps hanging up on me. This is the worse office I've ever had to experience.

Nothing but rude, bitter, entitled, lazy c**** running the office here. They treat every man that walks through the door like s***, like they have a personal vendetta against every dude that's on child support. Get over yourselves. If you don't like to do your job, then go get another one. People are there for help with their case. They don't want to deal with your nasty arrogant selves. Don't even bother trying to call, you will be on hold forever or they will just hang up when they pick up the phone. If someone does answer they're super rude. STFU and do your jobs!!

It's easier to just file paper work through the court house. Its been over a month and nothing has been done, and I wait on hold for 30 minutes just to find out they still havent done anything with it

Been on hold now for over an hour. 1st call pending on hold 40 mins. Hung up and called back, still on hold additional 22 minutes and counting . Is anyone working or reading these reviews??!!! Something needs to be done about the rude service and extremely long hold times. Unacceptable!!!

Very rude very arrogant and I cannot fathom why they get paid for doing nothing whatsoever . Never have I have been blown off so easily and they accept no responsibility for there screw ups Delaware is quick to persecute you and take everything away from you but takes there glorious time giving and or helping you when they have to .

The staff has very poor customer service, The hold times are over 30 minutes long when you call into customer service, There is no sense of urgency and very little follow up done until you make a fuss about it. From family and friends to my own experience with Child support, I have not had the pleasure to experience anything good with the process. If DCS is suppose to be my "representative, or advocate" with my case then it is expected to be able to communicate efficiently, efficiently, and to receive accurate information when asked questions about the case.

I have no idea where they find these people that work here, but any time I have called with questions, or anything, I get talked to like I'm a incompetent Child! It's very disheartening when you're already confused and stressed out to be treated in such a way. I would recommend the staff as a whole takes a class on how to treat people. In conclusion, very disrespectful people to talk to in general. Good luck!

TOTALLY INCOMPETENT! One has to ask, "Where in the hell do they find these mutants?" After 18 years of dealing with these nuts they now owe me money and are playing stupid. (SO MUCH FOR ACCOUNTING) The check they sent me originally was expired when it arrived. I've sent letters to no avail. After being told to call or email me.

Today I decided to call what a mistake. Although the rep was polite she tried to tell me another check was sent in February of this year and was cashed. I advised her no check was ever received or cashed by me. When asked was the check cashed or deposited she could not provide any additional information. Instead they are sending me a affidavit. It seems funny how when they want their money they don't accept any excuses but when they owe money they drag their heels paying you back. The bullshit one has to go through. ARRRGGGGHHH!

SHUT UP AND JUST PAY ME WHAT YOU OWE ME AND DON'T ACT LIKE YOU DON'T KNOW ME!

Terrible terrible. They put my case on "hold" for 9 months. I almost lost my license. Towards payments and did absolutely nothing with the money. They will not send it to the state where my children are receiving it either. I went there several times looking for an answer because I kept receiving the charges from the other state. And from that day something was advanced. They received additional payments and did not notify the other state. No communication between technicians. I had to find out myself the contact emails of the technicians from another state to send the direct payments and send my email to Delaware so that he would know that I had already paid. I did the work for them. Also, my oldest son turned 18 and was not removed from the case for almost two additional years. Without being a student or anything. Terrible terrible, terrible terrible service. the worst office for customer and family service!

Horrible experience.. it just total discrimination. The front desk people are rude and really don't care about people on another side of the glass. I was here for over 40 mins and nobody called my name.

The case worker I had was extremely rude. She brought up the Maury show because my oldest child has a different father than my two youngest children. I ve never been treated so disrespectfully. I plan on calling to report her but by the looks of these reviews I probably won t be able to speak to anyone.

I have called 2-3 times a week for the past 2 mont...

I have called 2-3 times a week for the past 2 months and have been on hold sometimes up to an hour before I have to hang up and have never spoken to anyone! Not once! Does anyone actually really work there? I'm going to have to take a day off from work in order to go there to find out information that would probably take about 3 minutes to cover on the phone, IF THEY WOULD EVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!!!!!!!
