The staff has very poor customer service, The hold times are over 30 minutes long when you call into customer service, There is no sense of urgency and very little follow up done until you make a fuss about it. From family and friends to my own experience with Child support, I have not had the pleasure to experience anything good with the process. If DCS is suppose to be my "representative, or advocate" with my case then it is expected to be able to communicate efficiently, efficiently, and to receive accurate information when asked questions about the case.
