Worst customer service ever. Can not get a hold of...

Worst customer service ever. Can not get a hold of anyone. Sat on hold for over 8 hours in one week. They will suspend your licsense and tell you they can t accept a fax or email with proof of payment. I switched jobs and it took a few weeks to update the information and then they suspend your licsense and force you to pay 2 months. Then your 20 day response time is ate up by sitting on hold and their 3 business days to call back. Disgraceful to think they want people to work but suspend your licsense because you switch jobs.
