Kate is amazing! when I placed my order it had me using a freight carrier that was $260, I got a call the next day from Kate and she asked me if I would like to save $160 by shipping Fed Ex using two packages. Excellent people to work with. I was in a pinch. I needed two top rollers, and I needed them fast. Pentom was working with me to get them, but there was a snag with the shipper. When I found another vendor that could get them to me sooner, Pentom graciously agreed to cancel the order.
