Kate is amazing! when I placed my order it had me using a freight carrier that was $260, I got a call the next day from Kate and she asked me if I would like to save $160 by shipping Fed Ex using two packages. This company really cares about taking care of it's customers. Very refreshing in a day and age that most companies don't care. The package arrived on time and in good condition, they have my business from here on out!!

Just ordered some parts today for my dad's machine. Not only was the website easily navigated, but the customer service was phenomenal. Excellent people to work with. I was in a pinch. I needed two top rollers, and I needed them fast. Pentom was working with me to get them, but there was a snag with the shipper. When I found another vendor that could get them to me sooner, Pentom graciously agreed to cancel the order.
