Hello, I think Felipe is the best rep I have ever dealt with. My truck was serviced in record time. I mentioned to Felipe that I needed to go back to work as soon as I could. Having my truck serviced in record time, makes me feel he really listened to my needs. Most important of all, he made my day!!!!

Wish the desk clerks were more personable. I asked a question on a part that was changed out and he kept saying under warranty and I just wanted to know the warranty on the put in the vehicle. Couldn't get a straight answer so not sure where I stand with the replacement.

Tony was very arrogant, rude, ignorant, and unprofessional and displayed impatience and anger with me over my desire to have questions about the vehicle answered. My entire experience of purchasing a high end vehicle was tainted by complete unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge of the vehicle and lack of understanding on how to properly service a higher end client purchasing the most expensive vehicle on their lot. Lesly in finance was extremely kind and professional. Jeremy and Jimmy were very apologetic and did a good job of finalizing my transaction. Kevin was PHENOMENAL! Kevin delivered the vehicle to me at the end and was professional and knowledgeable and understood perfectly how to treat customers with respect and appreciation for their business.

If you come here, get Rani to help you out. Dudes a family man and works with you, instead of trying to rush and get every buck he can outta you. He , Helen (financing) and Jimmy (Manager I believe) all helped me walk out with a great family vehicle (Traverse) without leaving me penniless for the holidays. On top of that , putting in work to get me a better APR than I originally agreed on made me feel like I made the right choice. I definitely would return to these 3 for any future purchases.

Mo was a great! All the inside people were great. I would give 5 stars but I couldn't get a tank of gas and whoever detailed my truck did a job of a 6year old. This is very disappointing especially when one spends $50,000 on a vehicle.

We have brought the car in previously for the rear...

We have brought the car in previously for the rear sensor being out. It was under warranty, dealer was supposed to have fixed it previously, and it's still not fixed.

This time we brought it in for the front sensor being out; I'm unable to use cruise control because the front sensor is stating it is blocked, however it is not visibly blocked. The tech kept calling my husband discussing the rear sensor, and he kept telling him the new problem was the front sensor. The tech was trying to charge us $850 to take the rear bumper off (we were there for front bumper sensor), both which are under warranty as we are below 100,000 miles. Why was their tech trying to gouge us for performing a service that is under warranty?!? We finally told him to forget it and we picked up our suburban. We will take it to a different dealership.

My husband has used the dealership in the past and they attempted to gouge him then and never fixed the problem. I talked him into going back, and your tech proved my husband correct. They are not knowledgeable enough to fix the problem,
and tried to charge us for items under warranty, again. We will never go back, and we will tell our friends to never go there as well.

Sorry I came in for an oil change. I brought my son who is buying from my nephew who is sick with me. Sales rep offered them something to drink and had a small couple of toys that he gave them. They were so excited I don't know if they were old Happy Meal toys or what. But just to do that to go out his way to make them comfortable in the waiting room while we waiting for the car to get service was a great idea. Excellent excellent service actually excellent customer service.
