Invest in Denmark, Royal Danish Embassy, London Review

I feel sorry for the great staff at the embassy, there are major roadworks operating directly outside, you can hardly hear the door speaker, inside is much the same.
No seats outside so you have to stand and wait.
Inside clean and smart but the 3 week wait for an appointment is really not great.
Danish bureaucracy is a bit heavy which does always surprise me.
Not really sure why whenever we go there seems to be a queue of people from a certain African country getting passports that speak no Danish. Statement not a judgement.
Concerned that it may be an EU back door into uk for them that our immigration service is unaware of.
Really helpful staff when you can finally get to speak to them.

Very helpful staff when I lost my passport. Arguably a better experience than having it renewed back in Denmark.

My appointment was at 2pm but they saw me as soon as I got there I was in and out in 5 minutes, so easy and the staff so nice. It was a 6 hour round trip which felt odd given how little time I spent there but the process was so easy. Shame there are no longer alternatives to renew at vice consulates but I can't fault the staff or experience.
