Wanted to go to the cracker barrel next door but it was closed early for some reason. Ended up going here, food was not great and service extremely slow even though the place was just half full. I had the zesty chicken sandwich which had a giant fried chicken breast drenched in sauce and was hard to eat in a sandwich, very messy also. Others with me had the whiskey burger, quesadilla burger and chicken alfredo. Everything was really average tasting nothing we would come back for.

Normally i don't complain about things and with that said i tried to deal with the cold bun but when i asked for well done burger & its way too pink inside,onion rings were cooked too much. Not the waitress fault, she was fine it was the cook. So my first bad review

The drive up take out is so convenient. After a long day and your already in your pajamas & slipper's. Just call to place the order, and when it's time to pick it up. You don't even get out and go inside, the staff bring the food out to your car, you'll pay And your on your way, it's that easy
Well, let me start by saying, this is where we ended up after our Cracker Barrel fiasco. I was never a big fan of Applebee's but this night has changed my mind. Cocktails! You can't get those at CB. I got the Cosmo even though it was 9.50. When they brought it and the shaker with about 2 more drinks came with it. Winner! I ordered the bourbon chicken with shrimp. Delicious! Our waitress-sorry I forgot her name, was wonderful, patient and very nice. Will be going back

Been to several Applebees, this location has always had good service. Polite, quick, accurate orders.

The server was really nice and casual. The New Orleans Chicken and Shrimp was way more delicious than I expected it to be.
Applebee's is a good to medium experience at best, never great. Yesterday we went there around lunch time and I think our waitress was new, which makes for an interesting experience The food is consistent, and the service is variable. Yesterday somehow we ended up getting an extra order of boneless wings which was a nice bonus. I feel like Applebee's is the kind of place that I would return to eat as compared to some place like Red Robin which I really feel like I don't need to ever go back. Applebee's is conveniently located for me as there are about four of them within 20 mi or so.
Offered no table food was uncooked and cold waitress ignored several requests
Awesome service but.... I ordered a Heineken and it was skunky then when I ordered my steaks on was med and one was well done I ordered med . my girlfriend ordered steak and shrimp and had to send the shrimp back to be cooked a little longer...not good... The manager did however take my meal off the bill
Love the bourbon and berry. Staff always pleasant. Food is delicious portions could be a tad bit more in quantity. Hand carved steaks delicious and the pork chops are to die for.
Love this Applebee s! It s clean, has friendly staff, the food is amazing, and it s close by. We come here probably about once a month and love it. Sometimes we bring it DnD group here and just pig out.

It was not busy yet, so the service was pretty quick. Very friendly staff.
Very impressed this time. Indoor dining opened today and my fiance and I wanted to go and try it out again since there isn't much in Pennsville. The meal was very delicious today..my fiance had the quesidilla burger and I had the prime rib dipper..and both were cooked to perfection and the servers were very polite.
I love me some Applebees. I haven't had a bad experience yet. *knock on wood* 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Sometimes the waiters are rude, the last 4 times we've been the order has been wrong and last time our chicken and pasta was a solid block of ice on the plate but other than that decent food. A bit over prices but fun times with the family
I was taken out to Applebee's for my birthday today 2/3 and I'm a regular there never had any problems but tonight was absolutely horrible. The waitress was terrible, knew nothing, asked to speak to management and that wasn't any better. Wow I totally lost my appetite and was so disappointed in the service. The food wasn't even served right everything was a complete disaster and thanks to the Pennsville Applebee's my birthday celebration was ruined.,.

We had a great time!! Great customer service!! Got up to go to the bathroom, and they dumped out meal that we weren t finished with. I expected some money off my bill, but they completely waved the cost!! AND SENT US HOME WITH NEW MEALS!! absolutely great service!!

The worst ever the manager came out from curb side and so happened they lost my food. When i have order 3 nights in a row. She didn t do anything but say oh i can t re cook it tomorrow i can help you. I m not even from here and it always something with them my first steak was not cooked right and the second time i didn t get any silver ware. I will never eat here again. Run away from this place it s the worst ever

I enjoyed the thai chicken salad. We split it as it was ample food for 2. The bite size hot fudge sundae dessert portion was perfect. A small taste of deliciousness.

Stopped in yesterday 8/21/20 for lunch.Ron our server was awesome,only reason I am giving two stars.To start the sweet Ice tea tasted and smelled like they brewed it with toilet water. Onion rings where burnt.Boneless chicken wings where over cooked and dry and had a sandpaper texture. The tartar sauce was soured.The fish and chips substandard,my wife didn't finish it. I am surprised that we didn't get sick. DON'T EAT THERE!

As everyone knows, the food st all applebees is lame at best but we still go for drinks & appetizers. But , the management at this establishment is pathetic .. Will NEVER go back
