Pennsvile Applebee's Review

An average Applebees. I've only been during the week for lunch. Never had a problem.

It's was great food and the waitress was very nice and the manager was very nice also

Was there after 9 for a snack after rigorous Christmas shopping. Appetizers were half off; we picked the won ton tacos and quesadillas. Both delicious, service was great!

I like this location. They get a very diverse crowd. The staff are friendly and the food is good and served hot.

The menu has changed you can't get a decent meal anymore.

A great menu for lunch or dinner and constantly changing it up to keep it fresh. The employees are always friendly and attentive. I appreciate the managers visiting my table to be sure I am satisfied with everything

The portion sizes continue to shrink as the price rises. You now pay $4 for chips and salsa and its half the size it used to be and they don't offer refills on it.

Our waiter, Dudley, was very inattentive. Nice, but inattentive. We were 1 of 2 of his tables and had to wait for everything. Refills, boxes, check and to pay the check.

If your from the country, don't order water. Lol... They have city water and it tastes horrible!!

$6.75 for a draft beer. Absolutely ridiculous. Food was barely passable. How do you mess up a hamburger?

Curb-side pickup, Katie deliver & was extremity nice & quick.

Food was so so. Carside orders are always missing something when we order.

We had a great night. Our server was AMAZING! He was polite, funny, & attentive. We will definitely be coming back.

Editing my review. This Applebee's is awesome! The food quality for a bit was iffy an stuff. Still good though. I just got my car side to go order OMG it was sooo good. The food was absolutely perfect . Presentation good, temperature good. Everything was better than expected and tasted amazing. highly recommend the triple chocolate meltdown too, so amazing. You know the food is good when you eat so much your stuffed and happy like this. No regrets. Didn't get the girls name who brought it out but she was nice and fast too. Thanks Applebee's !!

Great place for a meal. Weeknights are usually quiet. The prices are what l you would expect in a chain restaurant. After 9 pm, it's half price appetizers and there are the usual drink specials too.

If u dont feel like cooking this is the place to eat

I love the food and the atmosphere. However the waitress was not friendly. But to be fair I always had good service every other time.

This place is awsome if u've got some money to spend. This place is really good for dates or to grab a beer with friends. These platers come out nice and hot for your taste buds. The desserts are phenomenal by the way.

Food was good, paper menus non-descriptive for food, mixed drink not good, weak, and shark bowl had no sharks.

Worst server experience of my 41 years. The server had 1 other table of 6 besides my table of 2. Natalie was horrible. We were at the table for 15-20 minutes before she approached the table. We gave our drink order. That took forever to get. Also No napkins or silverware with our appetizer, we ate with our hands bc she never came back to the table until the meal came out. Then she brought silverware, bc we asked for it. The food was decent but we got fries 10 minutes after we got our entrees. And no ketchup was brought to table. We had to request. Sorry but homegirl needs to find a new profession. Quickly.

It is an Applebee's. Is it great? No. Is it okay, yeah. My server was very friendly and helpful and my burger was prettt tasty despite it being pretty small. Most of my issues were the other guests, many of whom were loud teens. If you need affordable sit down food, you could do worse.

Good food and if you scope the menu enough there are some decent deals

The bourbon chicken/shrimp, tacos and quesadillas were DA BOMB as usual tonight, but the Shark Bowls tasted like they were missing the rum. Captain Morgan was not at the helm tonight.

Everything is great. Sport TV everywhere. Good deals too.

I am very disappointed, just left without even ordering. We first asked for a table and she took to a tall table with a booth on one side. We said we really would like a regular table. The hostess was definitely mad turn around and started walking with the menus. She brought us to a table put the menus down and walked away. We sat there for ten minutes and nothing. So we got up and left. The hostess said have a good night. It wasn t crowded or that busy.
We had just had dinner at Applebee s in Swedesboro and it was crowded and the service was great.

This place is sometimes good sometimes bad. Never consistent. The waitress we had gave us the wrong bill to which we paid her the money then came running out talking about we didn't give her enough money and all of a sudden she couldn't find the bill she put on the table. Needless to say after all this she didn't end up with a tip either. Wasn't our fault she screwed up.

Its very sad that in 2 months time I had 2 bad experiences. I promised Christy the 1st time I would continue coming to Pennsville. Tonight a friend and I went, were seated by Ron, asked if Jazmin was working, she was not, ok so because she wasn't working we sat for 15 minutes, no one asked for our drink order, Christy did acknowledge me sitting there, 2 couples came in after us 1 got their order taken and the second was recognized by the waitress that she would be back for their order. At this point I decided Pennsville Applebees will not get my business ever again.
