The only thing better than the motors is the customer service. This company clearly values their customers and always keeps product quality top notch. This company is electric!

Very terrible place to work my husband planned out an appointment for our son around his work schedule then they put him on overtime last minute and wrote him up even though he told them ahead of time he'd need to leave early because it was our son's first appointment and they wrote him up for that he told them he would not be available on weekends because that's the only time he gets with his daughter they promised him he would not have to work weekends then pushed him into overtime on Saturdays THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES OR THEIR FAMILIES IT'S ALL ABOUT PRODUCT QUANTITY AND MONEY FOR THEM

Had an issue with one of their motors and was helped very quickly. They are very knowledgeable about their products and electric motors in general. I couldn't say enough nice things about this company, they take a lot of pride in producing a quality product.

McMillan is a great place to work! They care about their employees and customers equally. They always try to do the right thing! The factory is clean and safe and the employees are friendly. This business has been going since 1976. I believe they will still be here in another 44 years.

After running into an installation problem we made a quick phone call to McMillan. They were quick to help and delightful to work with! We resolved our issue quickly and look forward to working with them in the future!

Possibly the rudest receptionist ever. She makes a horrible first impression for the company.

How is the lady that answers the phone still employed? Totally rude!! Horrible first contact with the company. I was just looking to buy a motor and had a few simple SIMPLE questions. She basically yelled at me and said, "you need to leave a message!!......" and then dead silence. I felt as if I was being scolded like a little kid.

Very responsive and helpful in answering all of the questions I ve had about their custom designed motors. I ve had nothing but great interactions with everyone on the team there. Would definitely recommend them.
