First time I have used Pennine Plus.

First class service from start to finish. The broadband engineers were polite, knowledgable and determined to get the best possible signal and WiFi coverage. My internet is now fab!! Highly recommend!

Had a problem with the apps on my TV & rang you not expecting to get through during the Virus lock down. Got straight through and had excellent advice. He talked me through it and hey presto problem solved. Thankyou so much for such patient and efficient service.

I contacted Pennine Plus to fix my broken 46 inch tv ,which we had 8 years, they came out the same day, picked our tv up and left us a Tv so we where not without something to watch, turns out my 46 inch tv was too expensive to fix, so we rented the one they left with us to watch , Geoff the owner gave us a superb monthly deal on the rental TV, i will be contacting them again to hire a fridge freezer and washing machine, when the current hire expires, i have with another company, would rather give a local company the business

But i will contact them again to see if the rent out cookers highly recommend Pennine Plus for honesty, great value, and really friendly helpful staff, their worthy of more than 5 starts

I have taken a hotpoint washer and dryer frm here. They have installed it bt there ws a complaint with the machine I called them and they immediately replaced me with a new one. I m very much happy with there service and highly recommended it my frnds. There service is excellent. Thank you so much and keep going.

For the second time since Christmas Pennine have come to our rescue. 10/10 for sorting our rubbish internet out. Sometimes the help you need is still on our high street. I will use them more often and recommend to all my friends. Great work guys. I can now work from home, especially if it snows on Monday!

What fabulous service i received as my TV stopped receiving pictures from the SKY box yesterday evening. I called the shop but it was closed, due to COVID 19 and also it was after hours anyway, yet my call was answered and i was talked through exactly all the checks and processes i needed to do to get my TV working again. The man on the phone was so helpful and so patient with me, even though it was long past teatime!! This was outstanding service far beyond what you would expect. Thank you, you are marvellous!
