What fabulous service i received as my TV stopped ...

What fabulous service i received as my TV stopped receiving pictures from the SKY box yesterday evening. I called the shop but it was closed, due to COVID 19 and also it was after hours anyway, yet my call was answered and i was talked through exactly all the checks and processes i needed to do to get my TV working again. The man on the phone was so helpful and so patient with me, even though it was long past teatime!! This was outstanding service far beyond what you would expect. Thank you, you are marvellous!
