I was Involved in a accident on 01/19/2018 at the red light of 231S & I 20. There was three officers I believe that worked the wreck. They were very kind, courteous, caring and professional. The EMT s and the Fire Department was also just as professional. If you ve got to be involved in an accident, it was very comforting for me to be treated as well as I was.
Two of your officers came to the hotel we are staying at. We had no money to stay the night and we were waiting for Priority Veteran to pay as I am a Veteran of a foreign war. After office hours the hotel payment had not come through. We were ready to take our stuff to the lobby when I received a call from the front desk. Two officers from Pell City Police stopped by the hotel. Morgan at the front desk had been doing all she could for us. Morgan asked these two gentlemen if they knew of any options and one of them paid for our hotel bill. He said he was in the Marines and he was doing it for me as I was fellow soldier. The few times I've needed a police officer in Pell city these gentleman have always showed care and respect. This is a shout out to these men and women who keep us safe, and especially to the officer who paid for our room. I wish I knew your name. Thank you so so much!
