I highly recommend shopping here for good locally brewed beer! Excellent selection. I also enjoy the organic, alternative foods that allow me to take a break from the dietary tripe served by the average supermarket. This is a good place to shop.

Great selection of beer, friendly staff and encourages zero waste. The one drawback is how expensive it seems to refill your own bottles of soaps and cleansers. It's not a money saver, but is at least an environment saver.

A small cooperative grocery store very nice, with quite varied organic products, and offering a bulk department.
You can also have a coffee there, or eat there, thanks to a counter where vegetarian dishes are served on the go, with a few tables set up at the entrance to sit down briefly.
The atmosphere of the store is "retro / chic", it feels good.
The price of the products is in the high range compared to what I could see (but probably in the standards of the Monkland district, generally expensive).
I shop here on the regular, buying gifts, foods, beers and just handy little, environmentally friendly items that make life easier. I love this place!
