Excellent service. I called for a recessed window AC and they installed it the same day as we were in a heatwave and other businesses had no availability. The same goes for the dismantling, they removed the unit the day after my call. Professional and efficient service!
I am VERY SATISFIED, I needed for my 85 year old mother a rental of air conditioning. The company for which it has been doing business for 10 years Praises cold so as not to name it did not even deign to communicate with us following 3 messages left. Excellent service. My air conditioner broke down on a Sunday, I called on Monday and they were able to send people out right away to repair a broken motor and fan. They had all the parts in stock, were considerate, cleaned up afterwards and did a great job!

Because the waves are so short in Montreal, and I'm doing well in electricity, I did not want to wait for a delivery by mail but rather, find a retailer, buy the piece, and go home. Easier said than done; I have tried everywhere; no one wanted to sell to an owner. Mr. Gold to the rescue. Not only did he find my capacitor at a lower cost than I could have expected on the web, but he arranged for me to buy it through him. He did all this work for nothing, zero hundred. Yes, believe it or not, there are still some useful and honest people in this world. Thank you Mr. Gold!

Was looking for the Haier 24,000 btu unit all over, online and in stores but could not find the right item at the right price. Came across the Air Conditioner Canada website, which had the specific unit that I wanted. On calling the company, I was able to discuss further options and suggestions with the representative, turns out they have a lot of choices in addition to the products on their website, available through associates. After considering all the options, all for which I was given detailed quotes, stuck with the Haier unit which has worked very well! Recommend both Haier and Mid City, very fast shipping and great service, was able to track my order online as well as receive an e-invoice.
