I had an excellent experience with peddle! From the website to the pickup to cashing the check! Made me a fair offer. Driver showed up on time and called before he arrived. I was a little worried at first but everything worked out perfectly!

I contacted a scrap car place on Google that supposedly will pick up your car within an hour and give you cash with or without a title, etc., etc. I called the number and set the deal up to get rid of the car and then started getting texts and emails from Peddle. Well let me tell you they didn t disappoint. The guy who was a local guy, showed up in less than an hour and gave me the cash that was quoted. He took the car without any issues. Good company to deal with.

Gave them my email after being contacted by them as I had an ad out for my car for sale. 3:15am they tried to log into my email account as I got notified by google. Luckily Google blocked their access and I changed my email password. Very sneaky and unethical company. Would not recommend doing business with them.

They picked up my truck on Friday evening and gave me a weird looking check. So i couldn't take it to the bank until Saturday morning. Saturday morning arrives and they call to inform me that they will be picking up my truck that day, but they already had my truck. So they cancelled the pickup and voided my check i get to the bank and i couldn't cash check. I've been calling everyday about my money and they keep giving me the run around about it takes days for them to direct deposit my money into my account. It didn't take them days to take my truck...it took a couple of hours. If i had known i was gonna have to deal with this mess i would have not done business with them!! Since i have not received my money i will be filling a police report. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!

I found out by the city that I needed to have my truck either up to date with tags or gone by the end of the weekend. It does not run and i wanted to just get rid of it. I went online, found the website and within 24 hours they had picked it up. Very smooth process and easy to work with.

I was worried at first because I had no idea what to do with our car that we had in our family since day 1 but finally called it quits. A bitter sweet moment. Anyway we went on line and and after a few quotes this company was the highest offer so we took it. Within one hour got a call to set up a day to pick the car up. Had a time and I received a call the day of and they were on time. And handed over the exact amout agreed upon. I could not be happier with this company extremely professional. We would recommend to anyone who needs to have a vehicle removed. Perfection

I bought a car and got ripped off. It needed cat converter to get smog. After paying $6400 for a 2007 prius I had to put $2000 only to have the hybrid very costly battery die. When I first called Peddle the guy was abrupt and the offer on car was bouncing and went lower so I didn't feel comfortable. I checked BBB and reviews. Then I got an offer that wasn't what I wanted but very reasonable especially because I received a call from another auction company who wanted to pick up for 1,000. My final offer was $1350 with Peddle. When I accepted offer on Sunday night online I got a call from very nice girl next morning and Scheduled pick up time for next day and Copart tow truck driver was nice and professional and it was simple process and I received exactly as quoted. I electronically put check in bank and let's hope it clears in next 24 hours. If it doesn't you will hear back from me. Went online and filled out my release of liability, took copy of everything including my pink slip. Battery was dead so car had no power. Hard to sell in that condition to individual. Trade in offered was $500. Unavailable to verify miles or what was odometer as no power. From sitting the other battery died as well. I just purchased a year ago so the miles given to me were on the pink at that time. Vin was given to them prior to pick up so all went smoothly. Gave them a 5 star because I expect check to clear. As I said... If I have any issues you will see this change tomorrow.

We had an appointment set between 12-3 for pick up. Between those hours I called several times wondering if they were coming to get the vehicle. I was left on hold for more than 15 minutes, told that there were no tow trucks available, and hung up on. Needless to say, the tow truck finally came at 6pm. It was an absolutely horrible experience.

Someone posted a scam-ad on Peddle and used my phone number in their scam. When I contacted peddle to let them know this activity was taking place through their website I was told they couldn't help me and would not remove or alter the ad.

I sold my Prius in one day. Two other vendors (We buy junk cars, Wrench-a-Part) before I got to Peddle, offered me a lot less. And get this, Peddle paid almost two and a half times more for a totalled car than what a dealer (Toyota Boerne) offered me for trade-in for when it had nothing wrong with it. Tow truck driver inspected the car and wrote the check on the spot in minutes of him arriving to haul the car.

Offered me a great price for my 1986 BMW and I accepted. Was offered far lower by other places/individuals I contacted. All in all a pleasure to deal with.

Found Peddle on Wednesday and entered all my vehicle information. Simple process of getting it entered. Got my confirmation email and carrier service within the next 5 minutes. With that hour, got a call from the carrier service to confirm the vehicle details and schedule the pick up for Friday. First thing Friday morning (it was scheduled between 8 and 12) they called to give me the one hour heads up so I could meet them. The entire process was fast, simple, and very rewarding! Headed to cash my check now!

I would differently recommend this to anyone that wants to get rid of old car / trade in , went to car max to see what would I get for my Ford Escape 08 but they gave me a offer way to low went ob this site and wow I got a better offer and then came and picked up the truck the next day!! great service 5******* all the way thank you Peddle!

This was a very easy process from first communication to pick up. Plenty of communication made it very easy to understand each step of the process very clearly. The offer was a fair price and even went so far as to beat another offer that was made. The car's engine was shot, the car was 15 years old and this was the easiest way to get a fair price for the car. I didn't have to lift a finger except to dial the phone.

They did what they said they'd do. easy! I did everything via mobile/online. I only spoke to tow truck company to schedule time and date and the tow truck person when they came to get truck.

I had a good experience with peddle they utilize local tow to pick up your vehicle. Depending on your vehicle status is where issues arise from what I can see. Be sure to check there are no liens on your title they will check and will cancel the check. Other than that quick and painless process you sign over your title they give you a check you go cash it I would recommend.

This place is a scam. Beware..!! Low ball offers and they misrepresent themselves as other companies. Bunch of frauds.

I was given a window of 8am-noon pickup. That did not happen. I called no fewer than 4 different phone numbers trying to figure out why. The answer I was given was basically sorry! Tee hee! I rescheduled pick up for the next day. Then the towing company (Top Shelf, how funny is that) called and said they d be here in an hour and a half. So who knows when they re coming?? I sure don t. I will edit this review if I ever get rid of this truck and the check I may or may not get doesn't bounce

I couldn't be more happier the customer service was absolutely great it was very smooth no pressure and most of all the tow truck driver was very funny. I definitely recommend them to my family and friends I received the best offer as well thank you so much.

very rarely do I write a review however I think everyone should know this is a scam the phone number after you accept the offer takes you to anotheer company and they neglect to inform you that the towing company inspects the vehicle and docs you from the offer you accepted for components that they said wouldn't make a difference on the phone. this company is a joke and I want nobody to take this lightly please heed my warning and ignore anything they say as you will not get what is promised to yoou in the end

Low ball offer!!! They offered $85 for my Buick LeSabre 2004. I declined it and several days later sold that car for $175 to a local salvage yard. Another junkyard offered me $225 but it was a bit too far for them to tow the car. Just for fun I offered peddle another car I drive, which is worth ~$7,000 according to kbb. Well, their offer was $1,825. What a joke!!! I hope you get the point!

This place is awesome. I went to their website. Got a qoute and the tow truck driver called. My quote was slightly different BC of the catalytic cover was different than what it was supposed to be. Idk I didn't do it. I guess whoever it before me did but anyway I didn't care. I had no problem with getting my cash. Cool company! I had to leave BC of an appointment so my dad handled the rest for me. They were on it and got things done.

This was a very fast and simple process from beginning to end. The representative I spoke with from Peddle was very informative and friendly and my car was picked up the next day. The driver was extremely friendly and reassuring, and delivered the payment as promised as soon as I handed my title and keys over. I had no problems cashing the check, either. I would definitely use this service again and recommend to anyone I know trying to sell a car.

I saw a local ad that guaranteed me $450 for my car, which is a 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo SS with over 219,000 miles on it. They came to get the car and claimed my catalytic converter wasn't stock and lowered their offer to only $200. I wasn't about to get ripped off, so the 20 something kid they sent called his boss and they upped the offer to $300. It's obvious they have done this scam with others, so I sent him on his way. I searched the Internet for a better deal. PEDDLE offered me $570 and had a local guy named Bob pick it up. Bob was cool and we chatted about cars for a bit. Thank you PEDDLE for the best offer on my car and a hassle-free experience! If you have an old car that you need to get rid of, PEDDLE should be your first choice!!!

I scheduled with Peddle to pick up my car on a Thursday - they never called or showed up. When I called the scheduler told me too bad and cancelled my pickup request. I contact Peddle directly and they reactivated my pickup request and the next available date was the following Monday. Okay, we rescheduled for that, meanwhile storage fees are accruing on the car at $40/day. On Monday they FAIL to show up AGAIN!! At this point I reached out to another company, Wheelzy. and they picked it up THE SAME DAY. So, $200 in extra storage fees thanks to Peddle - I should have just gone with someone else to begin with. PS - ClunkerJunker also uses Peddle in some/most markets - you may want to avoid them as well.

I sold my car through Peddle in OKC. Extremely simple process. I put my info in yesterday morning at work and had my car towed out minutes after I got home! I recieved exactly the cash I was offered and the two contracted businesses (Jones Towing and A-Z Auto Recycling) were fantastic. I would absolutely use Peddle again!

Sold my car to them through their website at 2am yesterday and my car was picked up at 5pm yesterday. I was paid on the spot, literally 15 hours after I first clicked on their website. Cashed the check today with absolutely no problems. Ridiculously quick and efficient. Easy to work with them. Highly recommended. Want to add that I was paid 1400$ roughly for my car, the junkyards around my area offered 500-600. Don't bother with local tow yards/salvage yards. Go right to Peddle. Being able to pick the day and the specific time you want it picked up is great also. The tow truck driver they sent was the most professional anyone could be.

Peddle was a really quick and easy way to sell my car! Unfortunately the contracted towing company was 4 hours late to pick up the car (which was broken down 45min from my house), but I don't blame Peddle for that. The drive gave me a check and I misplaced it. I called Peddle almost a week after the sale took place and they were able to transfer the money to my account and void the lost check. Would use again/ recommend!

This place was great to work with. Not only did they give me an offer but after I didn't accept it a few days later the offered me a little more. We had originally decided to go with another company. However, that company had issues and after giving us one price & a lying driver they offered me a fraction. So, we went back to PEDDLE in conjunction with AZ Auto & they took great care of us. The picked up within 24 hours & was hassle free!!

Expect to wast at least the whole day waiting for some one to pick up your car they will give you a 2 hour window but it is more like a 6 8 hours. On the plus side it was a smooth transaction. I would still use them again.

stay away!! sold my van to peddle. they picked it up and I gave them the title...they gave me a check. my check cashed...sounds like I was one of the lucky ones. then they started calling me telling me there were liens on my van...that is absolutely incorrect. I got the bank involved that held the title at one point to provide any documentation too. now they are trying to collect money from me for storage fees. does that not have scam written all over it or what !! so be prepared to collect a check for $400 and get a bill from them for $1200...and will take this to court!! this is dangerous

Really great experience with Peddle. Not going to lie - I was skeptical. I got much more than dealers were offering for a great, reliable and functioning Camry with some body damage. Gave me a same day window of 3pm-8pm, which is not ideal for someone working - I asked if I could drop the car, but that's not available in my city. Tow truck driver called me when he was 25min out, and he arrived at 4:30pm, towards the beginning of the time window. I was able to make it to the bank by 5pm to cash the check I was given for the full quote amount. Most people on here have issues with the tow truck/pickup timing. I think what people need to realize is that it's a third party Peddle hires, and they only have so much control over that third party. Service levels likely vary city to city. For me, in Houston, Peddle was amazing.

This was a great experience. I had called a junk yard after my son wrecked his car and they were going to pay only the price of scrap metal (the engine was not damaged, just the passenger door, rear wheel and side airbags). They said it would be over a week before they could tow the vehicle. I called a tow company to see if they could take it to the junk yard and they were going to charge me half of what the junk yard was going to pay to tow the car 3 miles (the car was stranded in a very bad part of town and waiting too long for a tow would not have been wise). I called Peddle and had an offer on a totaled vehicle for 3 times what they junk yard quoted and scheduled for a tow the next day. They sent out one of the most reputable tow companies in the city. He arrived exactly when he said he would and I had a check (from the tow company for the exact amount) in my hand as soon as I got out of my car. The whole process took about 5-10 minutes. They were a blessing!! Would definitely use them and recommend them to friends and family.

If I could give zero stars I would have! Big waste of time tried to sell them my car got an offer the the lady with the tow company called and said they wouldn't pick up the car. Super rude no customer service. Called pick and pull got a higher offer and they picked it up with no problems. Stay away from peddle llc!!!

Horrible phone experience. I called to get a quote and during the questioning process he hung up on me. I called back and spoke with the customer service rep and he hung up on me again. Edit- Responding to the company below. The phone did Not "hang up"- the customer service rep responding to my call did! When the connection broke the first time I immediately called back and when he asked me in a clearly irritated tone if I was the same person he just spoke to he hung up once again. I called up 7 different auto junk dealers and all were far more pleasant to deal with. Also to readers out there. The online questionnaire is exactly the same one as the customer service rep reads to you.

Awful. Called Sunday and they didn't get a tow truck till Wednesday. Said they would be here 8-12. Never showed. Never called. Customer service people act like they have no clue what's going on. Had to call 2-3 times to actually find out when a truck was coming. Which was still after the time they gave me. Won't let you tow the car to them. Don't waste your time.

I owned a 2008 Lexus ES 350 that completely broke down from overheating when I moved to Texas. It would need a new engine and radiator, but my car was only worth 5k at that point, so I decided to pay it off, get the title, and just sell it. I reached out to numerous companies and was low balled anywhere from $175 to $900. I went with Peddle because they had the best reviews and had the highest offer - nearly $2k! The online process was really quick and easy, and I was able to schedule a specific date within a specific time frame. On the day, my time frame was 11am-3pm, and the driver, Ivan, called me at 10:45am letting me know he was 20 minutes away. So convenient that he was early so I could go about the rest of my day! I met Ivan at the location of the shop my car was stored at, and he was really nice and conversational. I handed over my title, he handed me my check, and he removed my plates for me. We were done in under 10 minutes. I immediately cashed my check at Wells Fargo and everything cleared just fine. So glad I didn t go with the low baller companies - Peddle is truly the gem for selling cars!

Began really kool, but every time we spoke with someone our deal or requirements changed. Last guy we spook with on phone really horrible. They lie about as is. You explain your car get an offer and then all these others problems or deductions from selling price occur. My car still out front. Waiting on honest company.

Do not use! After accepting the offer no one ever showed up to pick up the vehicle. Multiple calls to find out what was going on and no one was able to give me direct answer. One time soemone told to call me back later. Terrible customer service and the car was never picked up!

My experience has been incredibly disappointing and confusing. When I've tried to call with questions, I've been transferred to multiple people who all worked for various companies and was told different things by each person. There was such a horrendous lack of communication. I was told I'd get a courtesy call an hour before pick up, because I needed to meet the tow truck driver at a different location. The day of pickup I received no courtesy call, and when I explained to the driver that I had to drive over to meet him he said he couldn't wait for me and I was left with no other options. Will never use or recommend this service again!

They DO have good deals, I will give them that. I made a good amount out of a very broken Mazda 2010. However, they need to work more on their timeliness. Car was supposed to be picked up on Sunday. It is Tuesday and NOW it got picked up.

I tried calling other companies that would buy my car with a broken transmission. Out of all of them Peddle is the one that offered the most. The representatives on the phone were nice and helpful. The tow truck driver was very friendly and kind too. I am so glad I was able to make business with Peddle.

Peddle is the definition of incompetence. However, incompetence is only one of many adjectives that describes Peddle's lack of professionalism. They are also as shady as any used car salesman. Their initial offer is not their highest offer so hold out for the higher counter offer. Finally, when you do settle on an offer expect for them to miss the pick up time for you at least 3 times before finally picking it up, so don't use up any of your personal days to wait themto pick up your car. Don't use up your personal days for this nonsense like I did.

They quoted me $240, tow truck driver offered $200- car was beat up and i just wanted to get rid of it, no complaints. Peddle deals with many different towing, salvage and used car companies and they're all different. My experience was great, called them and had my car picked up in a parking lot, paid me and taken away within 3-4 hours. I live in a big city- Dallas- not far from their headquarters and tons of salvage and towing places here, so I probably had it about as good as it gets. Great service, very happy.

I received an offer within minutes. My experiece went smooth. They came and picked up the vehicle when they said they would and paid the amount quoted.

Three stars. The offer process was easy. Scheduling was easy. Pick up was a disaster. Scheduled for a specific time for pick up, with an expectation of a phone call ahead of time. 30 minutes later and nothing. Call the dispatcher, and he says they're running late but will be there within the hour. Nope. Another 90 minutes and nothing. I leave and finally get a call from the tow truck that they'll be there in an hour. I called dispatch half a dozen times in that two hour window, and no one picked up. Selling the car was easy, but the pick up was three hours late. Very frustrating.

Super convenient to get a quote online, but very frustrating in terms of scheduling pickup. My first pickup no-showed on me, and then Peddle sent me through another company (Vehicle Purchasing Solutions) to schedule a pickup, but then that company seemed surprised when I contacted them. After many phone calls and a couple of days being given the runaround by several towing companies, I was finally able to get the car picked up, but even that was awkward because I was told that the tow would give me a call 20 mins to an hour before arrival, which they did not do. Peddle is a good option if you re patient and don t mind a little bit of a runaround, but it was always in the back of my mind that I was potentially getting scammed. I have a feeling some internal community manager will comment on this post saying something like Peddle has no control over tow company scheduling blah blah, but having to make 10+ phone calls to handle logistics shouldn t be a part of the process. The people I spoke to at Peddle were always very nice and respectful.

I thought this was too good to be true. First, the customer service was awesome and got back to me immediately with the questions I had after we hung up. They offered way more for my totaled 2005 Honda than local companies. Two days later a local tow company picked up the car and gave me a check, I mobile deposited the check and the funds were available the next day! They also emailed me a bill of sale. Great experience!

they arranged a 4 hour window to pick up my vehicle, then did not show or call before they came though they said several times they would. the office mentioned they were on route. they then texted me 5 hrs. after the window asking if anyone picked up the vehicle to respond yes or no. when i responded no, they texted back saying they would get it back on track. Its been 4 days, still no response back, then their phones are not working. Its very shady, and @#$!@ up that they ghosted me. If i could give it zero stars I would.

Offered us a great price (compared to a couple other places we called) and everything was super simple. After answering the questions (to get the offer) they set up the towing company, towing company called for next day pickup, gave us the cash, we gave the title, that was it. So simple couldn't have been easier. Very pleased overall with the service!

I got an offer through Cash Auto Salvage but they partner with Peddle so almost all of my interactions were with peddle. It went super smoothly. No issues cashing the check (had it deposited before the carrier drive away). The only hiccups were I had to call and reschedule my pick up time because I was out of the area of the first place they scheduled me with. No biggie - that went smoothly. And the carrier didn't give me a heads up before they showed up, but did come within the pick up window I was told. But no haggling or questioning about the vehicle when he showed up. I had to car an title ready like they recommended and it was a fast, easy process! Happy with my experience!

I wish I could give them zero stars for the way this company acted! My boyfriend and I were selling his car because they were offering a great amount for his run down car, $310. At first everything was running smoothly, they picked up the car, we gave them the title and gave us the check. After we got the check everything went TERRIBLE! When he went to deposit the check, the check that they wrote him bounced because there was a stop payment! This caused the bank to charge a bounced check fee! We had to wait over a week to get this problem resolved! We had to call over 10 times and threaten to call the police and take legal actions if they did not give us the money! The worst part is they tried to accuse my bank of still having the money even though they provided a letter as well as a bank statement saying that the check bounced because there was a stop payment! We finally got our money back plus the fee after days of arguing! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL! If you do choose to deal with them do not EVER accept a check from them! ONLY accept cash or a cashiers check! And make sure that you do not give them the title or your car until that money hits your account to avoid being scammed like we almost were!

The driver was prompt i didn't have a problem with that but the cash pay out needs improving they pay you next to nothing for a car with minor issues i junked if that's what you want to call it a 1994 clean bmw for a 135.00 dollars people are in need and peedle along with other companies exploit that opportunity it's sad you're basically just getting paid gas money for the week for an well condition vehicle.

These jokers are scam artists and liars. We were honest about the condition of our vehicle and sent pictures to verify the car's condition. The day they are supposed to pick it up, some strange guy with a foreign accent calls to add new conditions to the pick up. We tell him that we had to jump start the car because it had been sitting and he says that affects the offer and then tries to lower the offer by $300. Scam artists. BAIT AND SWITCH CON ARTISTS.

Appointment was set to pick up my vehicle. Driver called, wanted to reschedule. Then never showed up or called for the rescheduled time. Pedal tried to reschedule another time. Would not recommend! Made appointment for 4pm today, no show of tow truck. Called company and they said they were 20 minutes away. Called again 30 minutes later and they said they could come at 6pm. Then called at 6:05p and cancelled pickup without reschedule. We went with a different company. They are flaky and do no have any weekend customer service that can assist with getting anything done.

Took a few attempts, but Peddle was extremely responsive in addressing issues in getting driver dispatched and truck picked up at agreed upon price. I started out a less-than-happy customer, and Peddle made me a very satisfied one. Thank you so much!

I've dealt with a lot of other car buyers and wrecker services this was by far the worst experience they not only gave me a four hour window of when they could be there it's now 3 and they're telling me they're out of town and they probably won't make it before they close so had to cancel my cell sat around all day waiting for no reason
