The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and threatened to kick my co-workers and I (There for a business trip and all in separate rooms of course) out, because we called the front desk a few times to check on a co-worker who was having some difficulties. We were told to mind our own business or we would be removed from the hotel! EXTREMELY unprofessional!

Beautiful interior, with great airport shuttle service.

I stayed for five days, and everyone was so pleasant. You can find a discount for them, that go e you great savings. The decor is awesome. All rooms are suites. No smoking. The kitchen staff can really cook. I tried room service and dining room awesome 5 stars.

Club lounge has snacks, water, soda all day. There's also breakfast in the morning and hors doeuvres from 6-8. The rooms are all suites.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. I stay here several times a year and love it. Good restaurant and exercise room, too.

PLEASE put microwaves in the rooms. My room had 2 giant tv's, a refrigerator and no microwave. That makes no sense. The bathroom was not terribly clean; floor and top of toilet dirty with some hairs laying around. My bathroom's outlets didn't work, so I called down to the desk, who said they would send repair staff right away. No one came up so I called again, they sent him up and he rather tersely told me he didn't have to come to the room to fix it, he replaced the fuse in a different location. I said it would have been nice to know this.

On the upside, it was nice that I could open the window, and I appreciated having a second sink. I also believe WiFi should be free to any guest, not just SPG members or "certain" guests.

Wonderful staff. Very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and public areas.

This airport is horrible. It is the most stressful, un-organized airport I have ever had to deal with. Our pilot did not show up Quote "went missing in action" He was NOT replaced and everyone on the flight was put up in a hotel. The following day there were no flights due to weather. When searching the weather conditions I found that the storms had blown over and there was NO reason we could not have flown out that morning. I had to wait in that airport from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. being constantly shuffled from one gate to another all day long. And the gates were miles apart. Being a little older and having back problems and anxiety disorder this made the situation almost unbearable. If they are going to make a person wait 15 hours for a flight, they need to provide comfortable seating. The waiting area at the gates have seats that are hard plastic. No way to get comfortable! Unfortunately I have a round trip ticket and have to fly UNITED again. I am not looking forward to my forced stop at Chicago Ohare Airport.

Nightmare all around, please read entire post. 1. Room - Gold rewards member, got room right across from elevator. Asked to switch, next room had bad stuff in toilet and snow, yes snow in the room by the window. Asked to switch, got "upgrade". Upgraded room was same size higher floor access to 'club', which was a nice enmenity. Had kids so checked guest bed pull out and it was dirty with a little food or something. Removed sheet and I slept there, instead of kids just to be safe. BTW freezing with heat on 80.
2. Food.. my son got chicken nuggets and they were RAW. Comped the meal, but really scary waiting and hoping he doesn't get sick.
3. Dirty... There was a crack in the wall in shower and black mold along the ceiling. Room smelled horrible. Left for day, came back room smelled worse after cleaning.

If you have a choice, don't do it....

Business Travelers: Stay Away. Rented a conference room for a meeting. Had to wait in line to find out where it was- no sign. Had to use a bathroom 11 floors away from the room. No one checked on us all day. Lunch was 4x too expensive ($36 for a sandwich). Ordered coffee at 8:30, it showed up at noon. Room temperature never improved, even after we called for service. Now I am sick. Price for the day for 3 people: $700. Very disappointing. Won't go back.

Good price, super convenient location for travelling the Chicago area and getting too and from O'Hare. Clean, large rooms. No pool or hot tub though.

The staff was really helpful checking in. The rooms were big and very comfortable. I only gave it 4 stars because you could hear the people next door partying and the room service food was adequate.

This was a very nice hotel. I was impressed by the layout and the staff are friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fantastic rooms... spacious with new bathrooms...free computer usage and a nice fitness room. The food was good at the hotel. Wine selection could have been better.

I only saw the main floor, but it was nicely laid out and the breakfast and lunch provided were both lovely.

I can t believe at how accommodating this hotel was during my stay! They really worked with me and were extremely nice! The room was exactly what i was looking for and will definitely be staying there again when i am back in town!!!

It is good place to stay for a while with a wonderful view from top floor suite room and it is very near to o'hare international airport with shuttle Facility as well

Suites are spacious with a living area, wet bar, and separate bedroom. We had a business function and found the food and drink to be pretty good. The shuttle to the airport was nice. I didn't need to rent a car.

Beautiful place, convenient location, awesome service

Easy to get to and from the airport. Public transportation is in walking distance. Staff is friendly. A/C works well. The shuttle provided was on time 100% of the time during our stay. Sucks that you have to pay for WiFi in the rooms.

Clean with some conveniences like fruit and shuttles.

Nice meeting spaces. Large atrium with bar and lots of meeting space as well as a nice business center.

Huge room, clan, nice. Friendly staff, great breakfast (spendy if not included) and reasonable policy on travel changes.

Waited 30 minutes and no one came to take our order in the restaurant. Waitress had one other table and totally ignored us. We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and no breakfast included won't be back.

The shuttle is great.
Coffee and water isn t set out before a certain time so if you have an early flight then don t expect refreshments in the lobby.

Really loved the suite and the overall aethestic of this hotel. However, if you intend on doing anything requiring a decent WiFi connection the internet available with your room leaves much to be desired.

Old yucky depressing hotel in dire need of renovation or even better, tearing down. Would definitely avoid it.

We parked here with Global Airport Parking and loved the ease of our transaction. The staff made it easy and quick to register our car and get on the shuttle. Shuttle service was prompt and driver was friendly. Very quick drive to the terminals.

Very clean hotel. We did the stay park and fly package, and the staff was extremely helpful with the parking and shuttle to the airport. We will definitely be using the hotel again for our future flights.

Visited the hotel for a meeting. The staff was attentive and the facilities were nice. The food was good. There were issues with the parking gate and the payment system. It was inconvient to try to leave and get on the road.

Don't stay here if you have an early flight out. There is NO hot water for a shower!

I was there for a training that took place over Labor Day weekend. The hotel is clean and the facilities are nice including comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The bar is reasonably priced compared to other venues. The staff is courteous and accommodate large groups very well. Overall, this has been a pleasant experience.

Big rooms and a 10 minute ride to O'hare. Definitely would stay here again.

Eunice from the front desk was super helpful. She even came outside to show us where the parking was. Really made our stay very comfortable

Very fancy hotel. Has a bar and like a restaurant built in.

There are renovations in progress, but it's very well organized, and our room (provided by United Airlines voucher) was very clean and spacious with double queen-sized beds and a lounging area. TVs in both areas and a well-appointed bathroom. The hotel shuttle to and from O'Hare airport was also handled pleasantly. All staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you Sheraton for turning our negatives into positives!

We arrived at 4ish to O'Hare and were picked up by hotel shuttle within a half hour. We were greeted warmly and directed to our room right away. Hotel staff was pleasant and polite. So far so good.

I'm giving to give the restaurant and bar the 2 star nothing not the hotel service was awesome and the other hand restaurant service the tables were dirty service was slow I'm not sure of if it was our ethnicity Black and Hispanic but the other tables around us were better served people got there after us and got their food first and we had to wait 20 30 minutes to get our food and we asked for our check we waited another 15-20 minutes during that time other tables were getting filled up and they were served a lot faster than we were I went back down there for a second time with a friend and the service was even worse and at that point we were only two people I wouldn't eat downstairs again at the restaurant

Nice one night stay. The only reason I subtract one star is the very slow tv which makes it almost unwatchable. Also there was a wildly long line at check-in.

Large rooms all are suites. Fast shuttle to airport. Restaurant is good and bar is nice as well. The lounge is very nice and Alfa St and late night snacks

Nice hotel. Walking distance from the car rental facility at O Hare with a round-the-clock shuttle to the airport terminals.

I stayed at the Sheridan last night and couldn t be happier. The man at the front desk, Braulio L. helped me and my friend get a cab at 3AM as well as a litany of other things. Made our morning a lot easier. Great customer service.

Dirty uncomfy dark Hotel Rooms. I Get six bed bug bites in 1 night at this place. The worst Hotel I stay the last years. I stay at least 150 days at Hotels per year and I'm a Marriott Titanium member. Never ever again this Sheraton Hotel

Convenient to the airport. Rooms are outdated and need work.

Some of what I liked: Right by the airport, shuttle to the airport in the morning, good shower pressure (it's one of those little things that won't ruin a stay, but when it's there, it's quite nice), pretty big room. Only negatives: the free wifi was in the lobby (but you could still reach it from your room), parking structure for overnight/long term parking was kind of a walk away (doable, but if we had been carrying our luggage at the same time, might have been a hassle).

Had a pleasant stay here. Rooms are huge by any standard and very comfortable. Helpful staff.

Excellent place to stay. I stayed here for 2 days which was short time but I liked it very much.
