I have been cheated by this company.We had a contract that they will do all kind of servicing of my laptop twice a month.So as decided i agreed.According to their terms and conditions i have to pay full AMC for the whole year on the first day of servicing.It was my fault that i agreed and showed faith on them.To my surprise they never came for any kind of servicing.Called them several number of times but got no response.All my money got wasted.They show no signs of professionalism.Its my request to all those who are reading my feedback dont believe in them as they can dupe youn at any moment.Now comes the most intresting part ,just got a call from them that to renew the AMC.When i told my concern and asked them to reund the money,the lady over the phone casually said that the management was in bad hands at point of time so it cannot be refunded.What she can do is to assure good service and for that i have to pay AMC again.So its my request to all please dont fall into the trap.THANK YOU
Very very very.....bad organisation. They cheat, false commitment. Only convinced you for AMC with so many lecture. At the time of service they didn't provide it. If you want to spent your money, effort and also patient to such an organisation who does not bother about their job, you can go with them. NEVER BELIEVE THEM...
It's a very good company.provide all kind of it support and they have good engineers.
It's a Fake company. Fraud company.They told you get Salary on time after that not get salary after date .They get false comment.Don't get your proper salary. Don't trust this company. They hell your life . Management team behaviour is very rude. Zero level base company. Atmosphere is also worst. Work with insects , rats, all types of things available there . This office is a trap of cheating , all kind of cheating is done here.
Pecon software Ltd is one of the better company , providing support to Computer , Laptop, Desktop . Other than this Pecon software Ltd is also in BPO industry for around 12 years or so. You can surely expect a good and trusted support in a certain time frame. Pecon is around 27 years old company do one can have faith in it
Don't go for any interview in this company . Because they have a call center and for this call center they need data so they call you for interview but no interview conduct just after some lose talk they said you work there where you have been now . Because they have no position right now .
